I see a ton of negative reviews, but they aren't that bad. It may take a bit longer to get your juice, but I have ALWAYS gotten my stuff and have never been ripped off. Their customer service is very lackluster though and they never reply to emails. They need to have better communication with customers. A simple reply stating "hey we got your order, it will come asap" would suffice.

10 days and my order hasn't shipped. They took my 40 dollars and aren't refunding it. I've asked several times but they ignore my emails! BEWARE!! Do not order from this company!!

I thought it was a decent establishment until my second order. Use with caution. I bought my products and only received half of my order. They said they'd look into the missing items and I've heard nothing back in 2 weeks and I've still found no resolution. The company is too big for them to keep track efficiently. Again, proceed with extreme caution.

I have ordered from this company twice, now. Each time, my order has been fulfilled and everything has gone smoothly. I also track my orders so I know where they are. I know things can happen, especially now, when it is hard to even get juice outside of a brick and mortar. I appreciate this company and the vast array of e-juice they carry.

I see all these negative reviews on here and I can't understand why. I've made several purchases from them and I've never had a problem. The prices and shipping rates are lower than most and their customer service is excellent. People have to remember that they get their juices straight from the manufacturers so it might take a little longer but the quality is top notch. I can live with that. It says right on the order confirmation that you receive after purchase that if your order isn't shipped within two working days to contact them. And they get back to you immediately. So I recommend them 100%. You just have to be patient.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. They only shipped half of my order after about a week waiting. They ripped me off for 20 dollars. Numerous emails and calls no response.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I placed an order on March 28th and contacted them on 4/5 because I had not received a tracking number yet. I received a response that it was shipping on 4/9. So by 4/12 I never received a tracking number for shipping so I contacted them via email. They responded by sending me an email that I will now receive store credit because my items are now unavailable! I will never use them again so their store credit needs to be turned in to a complete refund. Again DO NOT USE this site for vape orders.
