My name is Christopher. I placed an order for 4 ct. of the 6mg of Guava Peach and received 4ct. Of the 3mg instead. I ordered 6mg. Also the XXX Strawberry (non mentol) I never even received at all. Yet you took my money. The only items that I received correctly were the 4ct. Of the 6mg of the X2 Noms. Can someone get back with me about this issue that needs attention. I have ordered several times from them and never! Had them send the wrong mg of nicotine until now. And Not! Sending my 4ct. Xxx Strawberry. They are thieves! They took over $80.00 of my money. I have been ordering for years and never had a problem I even use the subscription service they offer and I really like that only thing I would say is with the subscription orders if juice is out of stock is there some way to notify that the subscription will be skipped otherwise love this company and service

I have never had an issue with getting any issues I may have had with eJuiceDB resolved. Alejandra is great with making sure you are satisfied with your order and will take all steps necessary to keep you happy. Only issue I have with this company is the selection of juice brands they carry, vape products and accessories. I only wish they carried more brands from others than a selected few which still gives you great choices at really great prices.
