Never got product if I had it would have taking along time to receive it. got a confirmation that it was being shipped a couple of weeks after placing order but I never received my products Eio of to the bank I go. Errrrrrrrrrrr

I have not received the product YET, I ordered it almost a month ago! The statement made by EIO is false, I didn’t ask for any free gifts!! I cannot believe the lies that are coming from this company there was no physical threats mentioned by my husband, defamation of character going on here, I heard the entire interaction last night, YES, we did receive the product AFTER the review was wrote, my recommendation for the company is to not ask for a review until a few weeks after the product was delivered, there was no visible tracking for weeks, 20+ days for tracking to occur, ordered November 8th. I want no further communication from this company, no integrity whatsoever, blasphemy. Marsha

**UPDATE: I can see that the responses to unfavorable reviews from EIO all say that there is “no record” & “must be a fake review”. I have the email confirmation, the box it was sent in, and screen shots of the phone calls. So I hope we don’t have to go that far to prove how badly they treat customers.** I ordered through Walmart online. It turned out to be not exactly what I needed so I had to go to the “originator” of my order, “EIO.com” for the return. (NOTE: original packaging was never opened) I left them a detailed voicemail explaining that I’d like to return it. Over two weeks later, I realized they never called me back so I called again, reached a person this time, and asked to return the product. He put me on hold for a bit, then came back and said I can’t return it because it was “outside the return window”. (The order was delivered Sept 11 - I was on the phone with him Oct 12! REALLY??) I told him that I left a VM a couple weeks prior with the info and asked if an exception can be made. He basically said “I’m sorry - I’ll have them check the VM system (WTH?), but it’s up to the customer to get a hold of us. Unfortunately I can’t make an exception for you.” Wow. A $12 return and they treat customers like this?! I was annoyed because of the bad service so I called Walmart. I was ready to be treated just as badly, but was really surprised! The rep., Juan said I’d be refunded. No fuss. The whole phone call and refund took just ten minutes. I will NEVER do any kind of business with EIO.com! But Walmart...? I might buy something from them again...😉 2nd UPDATE: Every customer on the internet KNOWS a business can return/ exchange/ and refund an item for a measly $12! Your response below is not up to today’s standards of doing business. You aren’t fooling anyone with an explanation like the one below. My statement stands on its own.

The worst online purchasing experience ever have. First delay fulfilling order. Then change to order cannot be cancelled. After repeated request, refund my order but charge cancellation fee. EIO behaves just like a robber. Totally disgusting. EIO is heinous liar, is complete BS!!! Here is my order number confirmed by EIO BS!!! Completely worthless customer service, process, and understanding of customer needs. Would NEVER do business with this company again. When my company is the cause of an issue... we don't make excuses and blame others... we accept responsibility and make it right as best we can. EIO is completely worthless. *** Edit to eio.com's response: Here let me help you with the customer service part of this since you're painfully lacking in that skillset on numerous fronts. This is what you should have responded with: "Dear sir or madam, I'm truly very sorry to hear that your experience with our company was anything less than exceptional, but unfortunately I'm not able to locate your name in our system, but if you could provide us with an order number or additional information I would be happy to look into your comments further." ... and then I would have responded with: "Thank you... yes, my google account is carrying my online gaming moniker 'L Jack' and not my real name for privacy purposes, but my order number is E-309009957 and my initials are "MC" and would love to chat with you further about my bad experience." ... But since seemingly no one at your company knows anything about customer service the easy, non accountable, throw your hands up, don't have to do further research response of "There are no records of this customer ever ordering from us." is what is given. I'll be happy to send you or post here all the communications from your company to me... or should i say the lack of response on your part... so that everyone reading this can formulate their own opinion of just how pathetic your company actually is. Ordered Particulate Respirator Masks on March 2, 2020 for the amount of $44.10. Product was never shipped. After several attempts to contact EIO, I filed a PayPal dispute on August 14, 2020. EIO responded saying the order would be shipped mid to late August 2020. The PayPal dispute was closed as I was willing to wait even longer. On September 29, 2020 I contact EIO again. They claimed I had canceled the order. I did not. They issued a partial refund in the amount of $39.69. Since I did not cancel this order they illegally kept $4.41 (claiming it was a cancellation fee). Update to EIO's response: I have the proof that I am in fact a real customer. This website does not allow me to post the photo evidence. Notice how EIO responds to many negative complaints? .... "There are no records of this customer ever ordering from us." Says a lot about this company.

I ordered some PPE from EIO in March 2020, which was on back order. After waiting a month, I emailed to EIO to enquire how the order was progressing, and was told they were only getting small shipments and to wait a while. I waited another 5 months, before inquiring a second time. My final request suggested that if the product was not expected anytime soon, to please cancel my order. No ETA was supplied, and my order was cancelled. REFUND WAS 90% OF AMOUNT PAID. I waited half a year, they provided no expected ship date, and then held back 10% of my payment 'per their policy'. So - beware - they may not ship and will still take 10% of your money. In reply to EIO’s claim of non order. Here is my order number from subject line of last email from them. Order E-3090038983 has been canceled. So yes, I was a customer of theirs and their response is a non-truth.
