Product was good. Shipping took too long. Communication would have helped on estimated delivery date. EIO status showed shipped, but carriers status showed "Label Created" for a week before the package actually started moving.

Was worried @ first from prior reviews ,but the experience was favorable and timely. Keep up the good work.

There are a lot of people on here claiming this site is a scam and scared the hell out of me to the point that I almost did a charge back. So I felt compelled to write a review on my recent order. I recently purchased an Ideal circuit tracer transmitter from them as it was a better price than most other places I had found it. The order took a while to get and I checked in twice just to make sure this was actually going to ship. They got back to me within 24 hours of my emails and sent me a tracking number when it shipped. Long story short, I got my tracer and it was as described and worked great, it took a few weeks, the reviews here scared the hell out of me, but it all worked out fine. So if you want things overnight, this probably isn't the place to get things. But if the price is good and you have patience, check in once in a while, then it works.

Order E-3090045527 - Originally was a bad review because for a half month I could not get any response but they did end up responding and canceling my order. I am annoyed because the website did not say the product was out of stock but rather let me pay for the product without any indication it wasn't in stock. I am happy they did return my message after a couple weeks and returned my money.

received my order and shipped the same day along with an expected deliver date. They followed the up to and including delivery. very professional company.
