Best 3M supplier, good shipping times

I got this message before the merchandise arived.

Best price on the product I needed and staff was super helpful.

Love the product. but wish would have been updated about shipping delays.

I am finally happy for resupply of brushes and EIO able to contact me they have them. Speedy delivery afterwards.

They had what I wanted at a good price.

Two piece order was placed and paid for in mid-March 2020 and received in early February 2021 after placing a call and finding out part of the order was in and the other half would not not be expected for another month. The vendor permitted me to change the back-ordered item to an in-stock item and shipped both parts that very same day. Due to COVID, 3M was not providing many of their vendors with mask/filtration products which affected several other vendors as well, so this was not unique to EIO. FedEx was the delivery agent and was supposed to make the delivery on a Saturday, but did not deliver until the following Wednesday, four days later than promised, which has no bearing on the vendor, but just affected the overall length of time it took to receive my items.

Bought a Barska 4x20 scope. Claimed it was in stock when in fact it needed to be first ordered from the manufacturer and then sent to me. Due to manufacturer being out of stock, this resulted in extended handling. Annoyed that this fact, that items listed as in stock are not actually kept in a warehouse by EIO, wasn't more obviously stated at purchase but it is understandable and it is largely my fault for not realizing this is how they operate. Normally, I would've been ok with waiting but I soon needed the money back more than I needed the item. Contacted EIO via email, explained the situation, and asked that since the item hadn't shipped yet if I could get a cancelation and a refund. I was granted such within 12 hours of my email. Such a option is not given by all companies and I applaud EIO for allowing such a common sense move, to cancel and refund orders that haven't shipped, to be made. If the need arises, I have no problem with buying from EIO in the future.
