EIOReviews of eio.com

The server chassis was advertised for $189.00 so I ordered it. They sent me an email saying that the price had gone up to $230.00. Of course I refused but after searching for that same chassis elsewhere I could not find it. I spent a great deal of time designing my server to fit this case, it had everything I wanted in it. I had to order it anyway they should have honored the advertised price, I feel like they were jerking me around. I will not order from EIO in the future.

So far I have received nothing, where is my purchase?

Did not receive order, no response from customer service.

NO HA LLEGADO MI PAQUETE.

It takes a long time and the product arrives different from what I bought

Misleading photo. Showed two players only got one.

International buyers should be aware. I buy conformal coating from eio.com. However, it was "disposed of" by USPS. I asked them to follow up with the USPS. They reply that it should be me who asks the USPS. Ok I ask them to inquire with USPS so the reimbursement process can be started. Since only U.S. senders could inquire. They reply, "It should be me. It's kind of frustrating since they have a statement on their website, as per below. "My order was tampered with, damaged, or lost while in transit. What can I do?" "If your order was tampered with or damaged while in transit, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. If your order was lost while in transit, please contact us within 7 business days of not receiving your order" kind of no help at all. If the package I got has   problem at my border, I don't mind handling it myself since I can easily contact the costume office or the post office.

It took way too long to delivery the item. The fact that it was not in stock and the order lead time was unknown was not obvious until I didn't receive the item in the timeframe expected.
