You had what I wanted and for that I am grateful. Just a suggestion. I cardboard box would have been a better delivery medium then a paper envelope. Parts of my order were poking through the envelope when it arrived. I'm happy. I got what I wanted at a reasonable cost and turnaround time. Thank you

I talked with Matt about a small electronic component I ordered. I was going to solder it a certain way and Matt took the time to hear my concerns and plans and made thoughtful suggestions about the pros and cons of what I was planning to do and while he gave good suggestions did advise me to contact the manufacturer to validate his suggestions. I really appreciated his help and insights.

fast order received sooner than promise

I wanted to order a Pelican 9410L LED Rechargeable light. We initially had a couple of communication Issues, but Jon Inquired to the Pelican Company about my concerns and questions. On the return call he handled all of my concerns professionally and rapidly, we were able to get the order made and completed in seconds. However the real phenomenal part of this Order in my mind is; I actually received my order at my residence in less than 48 hours from the time of the order, I can hardly fathom how that could be accomplished. I am very impressed with the Service your Company and definitely Jon Frank.

Very good company. Good place to do business, they have good stuff for sale, they have great customer service. I had to return something, I didn't get the refund I expected, so I called in and spoke with them. We had a good discussion, they're a small business, I get it, but I had my reasons for needing a return/refund. We were able to make lemonade of a situation of lemons. I will do business again, they are very reasonable.

I was happy that is was a exact match, that was originally installed part in my 30+ radio. I was very happy to find a replacement part.
