This product took a long to be delivered. I had to send two emails to find out it was out of stock.

Took 3 weeks to receive my item. Paid for on 5/13 and received on 6/4. Apparently the item was not stocked and they we waiting on shipment to arrive. Once they shipped it only took 2 days to get here which was nice.

The product was wonderful but it took 3 months to get the item. I understand that is was on back order but the communication was lacking. It was never indicated when I purchased the item that it was on back order. A little heads up would have been nice. Otherwise everything was good.

Refurbished item sold as new. New seal glued over old one. Casing has bruises and paint flecks missing. Should have indication before sale that item is refurbished and price should be discounted. Have not checked yet if it is functional. Images and S/N are available upon request. Edit as of 2022-05-13: EIO states that the manufacturer (Athena Power) shipped the item directly. EIO was was quick to assist with getting a remedy from them. I revised up the review while waiting for the result.

I order a tape measure and they sent me a different tape measure

Failed to notify that this items shipment would take a long time to ship with no indication of when.

Ordered some Chemicals, apparently item changed the part number, different formula but still worked. Should update the site.

Ordered masks back on February 27, 2020. Got charged but never got the masks. Contacted them two different times with no conclusion. Just emailed them again demanding my money back. No follow up from them. Their terms and conditions make no sense… They choose to make 10% off of you no matter what. I wouldn’t (obviously, I can’t) buy a thing from them if this is how they do business. UPDATE: after contacting them again they did refund my money.
