EIOReviews of eio.com

Fast shipping (even on my backordered items) and top-notch customer service department. I called and emailed them multiple times during a week span due to EIO packing and shipping me only one out of the two items I ordered. They quickly found the missing second item in their warehouse and shipped it out to me the next business day without much trouble. Really appreciate their fair prices on German tools (I have bought Felo and Wiha products from EIO twice so far) and their awesome service. I will be back for more quality tools soon!

The Global Post shipping app indicated that the package was processed and arrived in my city on November 1 and has still not been received by November 8. Thank you for the update and attention to my order.

Fast service no shipping charge

The part fit perfectly. Shipping was prompt and the website was easy to use with optional payment methods.

Fast delivery, great product.

Good ecommerce website with fair price. They provide good products with fair price and good shipping rate.

It was a surprisingly quick delivery, thought I was going to wait til next week to see my replacement parts.

A very efficient operation as well as responsive. Using USPS shipping is not all that speedy but I was not in a rush.
