Unresponsive company. They don't answer the phone nor their emails. As a client, it is a terrible feeling when a company takes your money and doesn't let you know whether or not their product will ship. I will be doing a chargeback...they can try charging me 10%. I do not recommend buying from these guys.

Don't buy anything on this website. they won't ship it to you, if you cancel your order, they will charge you 10% fees.

Don’t buy anything on this company. They hold me orders 3 weeks. They didn't ship to me. But charge my money from my bank. And they told me they have to charge with 7 days. When I want to return. They ignored my email. When I called my bank. They returned my money. But they charged me 10% fee. They say their policy is: "a cancellation after the funds have been captured are subject to a cancellation fee of 10%", so they charge me even the item is out of stock! Not recommend this company! Please listen to me. Don't buy. They are cheaters. Unbelievable!

It took 6 weeks to receive a Pelican flashlight. Apparently their inventory control system will not tell you when something is out of stock or back ordered. You’re supposed to guess when it will arrive. In this day and age of computers, it’s incomprehensible that a business still does this. With other vendors I would have it next day.

I recently placed an order with eio.com on Cyber Monday for a Silverstone FTZ01S PC case. The price was $129.99 minus a $12.99 coupon available on that day for a total of $117. After 9 days of the order being in-progress they then canceled the order and said it would be out of stock for 7 - 9 months. I checked right when it was canceled and they still had the item for sale at $169.99. It is still for sale at that price as of the date of this review. Eio.com should honor their online prices and operate with integrity toward their customers. I have full documentation of my order and correspondence with them.

they sells products that are out of stock even if payment is in advance! they don't respect delivery date. Poor customer support that doesn't solve issues and pay totally for their mistakes
