Their website does not indicate if they have the items in stock. After several days, I emailed them to see when my order was shipping and they told me that they could not tell me because the manufacturer was out of stock and didn't know when they would receive another shipment. He said I could cancel my order but I'd have to follow login to their website and I'd be subject to the terms of the agreement. I replied that I wasn't cancelling my order, I'd wait but that he wouldn't like my online reviews. I then received and email that my order was cancelled because "fraudulent activity was suspected". The only fraudulent activity is this company taking orders that they can't fulfill! How about putting a message on the items that they can't fulfill instead of accepting them when the need is potentially urgent!?

Scam! be aware! they take orders without having the product and keep you waiting forever without informing you. They never notify the buyers. very poor customer service.

As many others have reported, this website list out-of-stock items to let you place the order and put you on the waiting list. They will charge you for 10% fee if you decided to cancel the order.

Same thing as others explained. Out of stock without notifying before you order, and then charged 10% refund fee. They are just taking advantage of a pandemic.

As others have mentioned here, this company is running a racket off of a potential pandemic. First off, their respirators show in stock but then after you order and are charged you find out that you’re actually on a waiting list. If and when you decide to cancel your order they charge you a 10% “processing fee”...for being on a waiting list...for products that aren’t even in stock!

eio.com will take your name, address, email address, phone number and credit card information, and charge you for your purchase, but not send the product. THEY DO NOT HAVE THE MASKS IN STOCK. You can't get through to them by phone. Others on this site are saying they charge a fee for cancellations. Can that be legal if the product wasn't in stock in the first place? IF THEY DO NOT HAVE THE PRODUCT THEY SHOULD NOT TAKE THE MONEY !

Don’t buy. Made a order for masks. They got the order instead of saying out of stock . They still got the money. All reputable site would put out of stock and will charge only when product ships. Tried to call many times sent emails no response. Beware it’s a scam don’t buy
