So far a scam. I ordered 2 weeks ago and haven't heard from anyone. I tried calling their customer service number and it literally says "Thank you for calling, please hold" and then rings and rings... No company name, nothing. No response. I'll change my review if they deliver SOON. Otherwise, I'm not asking for a refund. I'm reporting it in my credit card as fraud. The credit card company has more attorneys. 😁

SCAM ALERT I've got the order confirmation in my email with tracking app. When I tracked my item days later, it was marked as delivered. I NEVER received the item and money was taken out of my account. I called and left messages several times. I emailed a couple of times. NEVER received call backs or email replies. DON'T deal with them unless you are willing to give your money away to them. Their customer service does not even exist.

Don’t order anything from them, they ptputeverything on the website like they have it. And actually they don’t have any of the products, and by the time you cancel the order because we had waiting to long, and they will charged 10% from total order. They are absolutely professional scammers, you can imagine how much money the make from canceling the order, stay away from this crooks

The retailer uses questionable business practices. On their website they provide no indication of whether items are in stock and also give no indication when placing an order. Emails asking about the status of the order go unanswered. Update: They conveniently waited until after a deadline passed to get a full refund to respond. They claimed their policy is to keep 10% of the order price if the order isn't cancelled within 6 days, but they failed to respond in a timely manner and waited until just after the 6 days had passed to let me know the item was out of stock.

Very dishonest and deceptive business practices. EIO will accept orders for items they do not have in stock. Nowhere on the item's product page, order confirmation page or order confirmation e-mail does it say that the item is not actually in stock, and they have no estimate of when the item will be in stock or be shipped. However, unlike most legitimate online businesses which only charge you when your order is shipped, EIO will charge you when you place your order and fine you if you don't cancel within 6 days. Unfortunately, the only way a customer can know about any of this, is if they stumble across this information, which is cleverly hidden elsewhere on their website. Avoid these scammers and warn your colleagues to do the same!

Like the other reviews...don't order. They are running a SCAM. After days of wondering what was happening with my order, I found an announcement on the site (not easy to find) that said they are out of stock and it could be months before items (MASKS N100) will be in. I ordered on March 2nd, the announcement (hidden) was dated February 28th. Then read, I needed to cancel within 6 days of order to cancel, or they take 10% cancel fee. I also paid for expedited shipping when they knew they could not perform. SCAMMERS.

DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDER. I placed an order about 2 weeks ago but no updates ever. I called so many times to reach over the phone but no one ever answered either. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM!

Unable to ship products when you buy them. Poor communication. Avoid.
