Takes orders for products they know they can't deliver and then charges a cancellation fee when you get tired of waiting and cancel order. Deliberate scam.

Never received product. Won’t tell me why or give me money back

eio.com customer service number never connected, no person answers the calls. 10% order cancellation fee, even applied to orders not being fulfilled for half month. Ordered masks online, not showing back ordered or not available, I supposed the masks available so made the order. Then waited for over half month, still showing the status of not fulfilled, decided to cancel the order, but was charged 10% for cancellation. Don't shop on this website.

Due to the corona virus, we have had a higher than usual volume of orders and 3M, the manufacturer, has throttled inventory to ensure enough stock for ALL. We are committed to fulfilling all orders for those who keep them, however in certain instances we are charging cancellation fees to recover 1) losses from reserving made to order stock with manufacturer 2) recovering the cost of the fee we are charged by our webhost for cancelling an order. We have several announcements on our website detailing this, but not everyone can or does read it. You may read it here. https://www.eio.com/blogs/news/update-on-ordering-3m-respirators

I will give EIO zero star if it is an option. I ordered 3M masks in 02/2020. EIO charged my credit card without shipping the mask to me. After some emails with EIO, I realized that EIO did not have masks in stock when I placed the order and they did not know when they could get the masks. I asked for a refund after over three weeks the order was placed. EIO charged me 10% cancellation fee. This is a fraud. I have filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission. BBB has received my complaint and has asked EIO to respond to my complaint. I submitted an online complaint form to Los Angeles Department of Consumer and Business Affairs. I want to get my 10% payment back. Everyone in the same situation should file a complaint and try to get the cancellation fee back.

They sell items they don't have! Two weeks ago, I purchased a mask from their website, but they failed to send it. To make matters worse, after canceling my order, they deducted a 10% cancellation fee! I strongly advise against trusting them! **Their response further confirms they're selling items they can't provide, indicating not good practice.

This is a scam. I made a purchase for several items that implied in stock and 2 day shipping. When checking status of item it was never shipped. When I emailed them they said item was on back order and also said they would ship my items as they are getting some of those items in stock every day. FAKE. They are trying to use false advertisement to lure you to place order with items that never exist. Then steal money from people by charging them cancellation fee. They charged my over $100 for cancellation fee. Stay away from this company.

Don’t buy from the website! They won’t notice you if the item is in stock or not, I bought 2 boxes of masks at the end of Feb. but no one shipped to me. Their policy is deduct 10% of your total amount if you choose to cancel the order(which may not be back-ordered forever), which is quite stupid! Reply to the msg: I have read through your 10% policy, the thing is I just sent you email asking can I get the full refund for the reason you didn’t ship out on time and no information about either when it will be shipped or out of stock. If you buy an item online, nobody tells you the item you bought won’t ship to you in one or two month, you send an email asking if the item is in stock, nobody replies the email and then the website refund and deduct you 10% “cancelation fee” don’t you think it is a Fishing Scam website?
