Ordered a product because their website makes it look like they have plenty in stock. Then wait for weeks without any notifications from them. I call my credit card company to cancel the order and EIO only refunds partial payment. Great place to do business if you like getting partial payment for refunds even if you don’t get the product you ordered.

I placed an order in February and received an email that they were preparing my order and I would receive an email when it was shipped. They charged me immediately. It is now 6 weeks later. Items never shipped. And they charged me 10% cancellation fee based on their legal policies. So far, nothing refunded. TOTAL SCAM!!!!

I will give zero star if i can... like the other already experienced, I also purchased 2 boxes of mask and waited about 2 weeks and then canceled it since I didn't receive my item as they promised(2day ship) and also no any response about my order until now. And they charged me 10% cancellation fee based on their legal policies... it's ok to pay that money, but you're doing really stupit business.

This scam of a company purposely took orders for items they did not have in stock. Then, the offered to cancel the items. If you cancel, they keep 10% of the money stating that was in the original purchase agreement. Total scam!

Do not buy anything from here it's a scam!! I bought masks and they took my money out of my account but did not send what I ordered. I emailed and called and left messages and nothing. No one emailed me or returned my calls . It took my bank 4 weeks to get my money back.

I have called and emailed them x 2 weeks . I placed my order for masks 2 weeks ago . They won’t respond to emails or phone calls . I am about to report them to my CC company . No tracking number on their orders

Really bad case: I ordered the mask from the website. They charged my money, I kept asking when I can get the delivery. Today I tried to if I have any email or tracking number by login Ed their shipping company names Arrive. Then the message: says no tracking number; delivered on today 3:11PM FEDEX Ground Home Delivery I checked my time, it was 3:13 PM, I reviewed my front door, every where I did not find any box or item. I ordered 5 boxes Of 3M N95 for 5 persons. Could you please let me know you really delivered (I tried to call or send email , no any responses). I also checked the address on my order, everything is correct. My order #: E-3090041948. I am waiting for your response. Thanks.
