Great rock hammer in perfect condition. Price and free shipping is hard to match. It took longer than expected with no explanation as others have mentioned but now that I know what to expect it will be five stars next time. Thanks.

Quickly delivery once it shipped, even though it took a month for it to ship. I assume it had something to do with the possibility of no stock of the item at the time the order was placed. However, there was no communication from the company about it; but once I contacted them about it they did ship it out as a reply.

There was a delay in shipment for some reason, I assume it was product availability. At any rate EIO sent me notification which included the offer to cancel the order. I was surprised by that offer so I decided that a company that would offer cancelling the order must believe in taking care of the customer even if it means losing the order. I waited about 3 weeks and the product was shipped to me. The product was everything as advertised and I am quite happy with the entire transaction. If the need or opportunity to do business with EIO ever arises I will not hesitate to order from you and I will highly recommend your company to any of my acquaintances. Thank you.

I purchased a server chassis that has been very hard to find over the course of several months and was skeptical to purchase form EIO given the type of product in comparison to the hand tools and supplies advertised. However the product arrived roughly 3.5 weeks since purchase and is exactly as expected. The only wish that I could have was more communication on the status of the order including any delays. The product showed as shipped 1 week after purchase but was delayed without notification unless requested for comment. The product wouldn't really leave a warehouse and make its way to my doorstep for an addition 2 weeks. But I cannot complain too much as I'm overjoyed this chassis was delivered and in excellent packaging and condition. Thank you EIO.

Arrived in a reasonable amount of time, but the delivery estimate was much too optimistic. Product was as described.

Stood behind their service! Even though the wrong product was shipped, they wanted to make it right. Since they couldn’t get what I wanted, they refunded me 100%. This is something that most companies does ever do. So this is appreciated & welcomed.

Delivery time was fine, no complaints. My problem was E-mail said the order was delivered, but it wasn't, so I thought it may have been left at the wrong address. Everything wound up fine.

Good prices if you don’t mind paying first and waiting. Found things here not available in Amazon but it was because you pre-pay while waiting for goods to arrive. The free USPS shipping is also little slow. When goods arrived, all in good condition and working as expected. Customer service response fine.
