If the option is there for quicker shipment and it is selected then is should be delivered when it is supposed to be. I selected FedEx Ground 4 day shipment and placed the order on Tuesday afternoon and received it the following Tuesday at 9:25 AM and then was told after placing the order it has a extended handling time. No where when or while placing the order did it say this.

Shipping delayed (out of stock), but I wasn't informed of this at time of order. Payment processed right away, but it was 3 weeks before I received order.

They had the best price. They kept me informed as my order progressed. I received my order in good condition. I placed my order on March 21 and received it on May 30.

it took a month for me to get thr product i ordered. i appreciate that it was communicated to me that it would take two weeks before my order was received, but it actually took a month. i am grateful that it is what i wanted after waiting so long.

I had a problem with my order in that the PayPal receipt was different from what I thought I should have paid. I contacted customer service and got a rude person. EIO contacted me with numerous E-Mails and even by phone to apologies for the conduct of that person. They bent over backwards to correct the situation.

We record all calls for training purposes and when we listened to this call, this is not what happened. ***UPDATE - Despite what was added in the updated review by the customer, this is NOT what happened. I pulled the recorded call and listened to it, our agent was very professional and apologized for the issue but politely informed the customer that because the order was already shipped we were not able to change the price per the email that announced the sale, which had stated the code must be entered PRIOR to completing checkout. ** Our customer service agent was polite and advised the customer that unfortunately, per the email the customer got the 15% discount information from the discount code had to be entered BEFORE completing checkout. We apologized to the customer and advised that unfortunately per the email where the promo was advertised, the discount was not able to be applied retroactively. Unfortunately, also, the customer's order had already shipped and so we were not able to cancel the order and have him place it again.

When you order quantities, the packing job was not good. Even though each individual item was placed in their own little bubble bag, the bags were not taped and the items were falling out. The items were placed in a box and the ones that came out of their bubble bags had to be put back in. Since we bought so many, it will take time to test them and hopefully none were damaged due to shipping.

EIO took some time to get back to me after my order to tell me that it would take several weeks before they could send me my order. They offered to cancel the order or send it at a much later date. The order was placed on 9/6 and received today, 10/7. They have access to the stuff, but it sure takes a long time to get it.

The claim that we "took some time to get back to me after my order" is completely false. In less than 24 hours of his order being placed, we reached out to the customer to inform him that his order was on backorder and should be available within a few weeks. He was fine with that. I am not sure how proactively reaching out in less than 24 hours is "some time" but this feedback makes no sense.
