Just as the other customers said, they charge your money and will NEVER ship the items. It is illegal to keep customers' money for more than one month. In the process of bringing them to the court. Everybody should at least report them to the office of attorney office, if not a lawsuit.

I waited three months for an order of face masks they listed as in stock. I was charged the day I ordered them. After three months I canceled the order and was charged 10 percent. They should have paid me for waiting. Rip off company.

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. I ordered the N95 masks on March 2nd.. which were back-ordered.. fine, that is understandable with COVID. I also ordered a set of WiHa nutdrivers, && also no shipment (I'd think that mini-nutdrivers should be fairly easy to source). Sent an email inquiry after each month and only got strung along. Gonna post a similiar review in every review site I can find. 10% loss is a cup of coffee on my particular order, but I am not happy and will let the world know the results of my interaction with EIO... they'll likely lose the cost of my whole order 10x over per day, ALL for the lack of communication (and because I am now pretty sure they are a SCAM site just looking to hold your money).

I purchased masks for the pandemic to give to my sisters who were nurses. They claimed to have a special relation with 3M and can get n95 masks. I should’ve known this was a scam. They are now trying to take down these reviews. The never had them in stock and still don’t 3 months later. This didn’t stop them from taking money immediately and eventually only returning 90% now they are recharging me and I can’t get a hold of them. Just stay away they are the website equivalent of the coronavirus

I placed an order and at the time of placing the order I was told that I'd receive my item within a week. Three months and multiple inquiry emails later, I had not received my order. I cancelled the order and was charged a cancellation fee. This is a corrupt practice and is a scam. This company should be shutdown. For your own good, don't do business with this company.

After being quoted a delivery date of less than a week, more than 8 weeks passed with not so much as an update. They then only refunded 90% of my money. A little disclosure burried in the check out process. This place is a scam that kites your money with no intention on delivering your product.

Sales fraud for N95 respirators. Join a class action being initiated. First, create a complaint in BBB to generate a 3rd party verifiable record of (or lack of) written response from EIO. Second, file a complaint to FTC if you're not in CA, and file to Attorney General if you're in CA. Then join a class action list by submitting a case to various class action firm websites. A list of more than 20 persons will constitute a Class to take the Action. The N95 mask, sold after "early February", were described to had been "out of stock" by its employee in an email sent to one of its buyers. The non-existing item was sold with sales agreement containing terms & conditions for existing items. EIO, under such T&C, was not entitled for your payment unless buyers agreed to pay for "reserving a place on a waiting list". Also, there could have not been any "preparation" expenses for items that didn't exist to be prepared for shipment. EIO had ability to change availability status based on other items that were shown "back ordered" or "unavailable". EIO was displaying its out of stock items as not available on its website. EIO indicated various shipping durations for additional revenue. EIO never notified its buyers of the false information or if its incapability for fulfillment. You can visit any Class Action firm's website as the list would eventually consolidate.

Very Very very bad company. I bought the face masks on February 19. But I wait more than one month got nothing. The company said they don’t have mask and canceled my order. I should get refund 900 but they refund me only 810, I lose 90. A lot of people have the situation like me. eio is cheating everyday. never order anything from them. Otherwise you will lose money. So bad terrible too terrible. Bad company big cheater. Who can help me get my 90 back? Help me help me.
