EIOReviews of eio.com

Order placed on beginning April 2020 never filled. Money was charged from paypal. Finally asked for it to be cancelled on mid June and they charged 10% on refund! They appear to be scamming customer selling stuff they don’t have and charge you for it. When you cancel they take 10% win win scamming business for them.

Zero star !!! Don’t think they care .. what they did they trying to take that 10% anyway..

NEVER do business with these scammers. They took 3 months to deliver an "in stock" item, and never gave me an order confirmation. They then denied a refund. After talking with their customer service, I was told I "might" get 50% refund if the item 'appears' unused. What a joke. Never using this company again.

I placed an order face masks in 26 Feb 2020. About three and an half months waited for it. Emailed to them I got the answer "Wait". How long have to wait? I called them at +1 (877)-SHOP-EIO no one answers the phone, just left the messages. I cancelled the order by email. They auto took away 10% from my order. Total $267.45 USD Mastercard (ending in xxxx) Refund (Shopify_payments) - $240.71 My 10% or $26.74 went to smoke! Ridiculous. I did call to my Credit Card Services (CCS) to dispute and asked CCS TO GET BACK FULL my money ($267.45). This is the best way to deal with EIO.com Today 08/25/2020. After I called to my credit card to dispute for full refund, (6 month for processing from the day purchased, it is the rule) they paid back to me $26.74 (10% they swallowed - now they have to vomit). Hopefully help everyone to get the full refund back.

They don't full refund even when order cancel is made because of themselves. I had waited over 3 months to get my mask. At first, they talked to me that it would be 4~5 weeks but they didn't keep their promise. Also, they took my money(10% of total paid money) when I canceled my order after long waiting. They also took $70.00 from my coworker because of the same situation I believe that that's how they make money.

Please be aware!!! We all should report EIO.com to FTC for an investigation. It seems as EIO will take your orders and wait for you to cancel and charge you 10%. My order was placed 3 months ago and there has been no status as I waited patiently. I decided to cancel a few days ago and received $118.78 out of 131.98. which included a shipping fee about $10. This online store does not carry any mask inventory but continue to sell them. Every other online stores will inform you if the product is out of stock, but not EIO. They will leave you waiting without a status and charge you 10% for processing and shipping fee if you cancel. EIO claimed it's policy to retain 10% of your order if cancelled due to expenses related to processing orders. How can an order be processed if there is no stock and be charged a shipping fee when the product has never been shipped? This seems like fraud to me and will be reported,

Whatever you do, do not order from here. They will take your order without the product in stock. Then when you want to cancel, they will charge you 10% to do so and will only refund 90% even though the order never shipped. Spend the extra money and go to a reputable retailer.

EIO does not act in good faith. A law suit should be coming. Everyone should contact the federal trade commission. They dont ship items and then charge a restocking fee
