I ordered N95 masks back in February and never received them although I had received a confirmation email stating the masks were on their way. I was patient and contacted the company several times. At the end of June, I asked for a refund and was refused. I had to place a complaint with paypal and the Better Business Bureau to finally get a full refund. Other customers were also scammed and charged a 10% restocking fee for items that never got shipped. Check out the BBB's website about this company, it's full of the same complaints. EDIT: You advertised your product as "in stock" and your business manners are fraudulent, especially in the mist of a pandemic.

I ordered a keyboard on May 23. After 14 days, I sent an inquiry to them. They said it would be shipped soon. I sent another email after 2 more weeks. and got no response. I had to get the money back via Paypal.

Order date 5/12, receive date 6/24.

They are nothing but scammers. Shows items in stock aren't available. Then when you request shipping information they tell everything is backordered. Even worse they charge a fee to refund your money for items that were never being sent. Do not purchase from them!!!

If you are a victim of this please browse the four words below and pick the first result to be redirected to the Attorney General online complaint form: consumer complaint business California I have never canceled my order, patiently waiting for the masks to be delivered. Today I have received an email from EIO: THEY ARE CANCELING THE ORDER and THEY ARE STILL CHARGING ME WITH THE 10% NON REFUNDABLE FEES. Now, I cannot answer to the misleading answer they posted below but there is a development: I have complained with the Attorney General about the fact that EIO CANCELED my order and they charged the 10%fees in any case and you know what did smart EIO guys do?! Well, they sent to the AG my email where I never -NEVER- canceled my order that they arbitrarily canceled on their own after charging me with the 10% fees! Now, dear EIO guys, you presumably tricked people during a pandemic; if I were you I would just hide my face in the corner of shame! For whoever may be interested I can make public the entire documentation. Shame on you EIO!

0 stars would be better. What a scam. A bunch of thieves and con artists. Take my money for an order 4 months ago when you did not have the item available. Charge my card a week later. Here I sit 4 months later with no money and no item. When I have called and emailed I am told no refund or no cancellations. And you are Not sure when the item will be received because you do not have it!!! . What a rip off. You have not heard the last of me!

Were it possible I would give them 0 stars, I placed an order for face masks on March 3rd. On April 14 I contacted them and was basically told they didn't know when they would be shipped. I requested a refund and did not receive one, They had no business selling product they didn't have. That's called scamming and should be investigated.
