I ordered an Envi Heater two weeks ago as I thought it would be perfect to help warm up my living room. Both the website and the email I received from them stated that it would be shipped in 5-7 business days. When I check on my order status, it still says "awaiting fulfillment" and I still haven't received my order. Hopefully it will be shipped soon or I will be canceling my order and getting a refund.

It’s been over a month since I completed my order online and the status of my order is still “awaiting fulfillment” with no explanation or contact to communicate this. I will be asking for a refund.

Your system would not honor my card with no fault on my card. it took 2 hours of entering and reentering my information before my order was accepted. and even then, it took exactly 103 seconds for the information to be download into your system. NO CS to call on the weekend to place an order.

Your ordering process is tedious, cumbersome, circular and nearly caused me to order heaters from another company.

12 out of 41 heaters in our five-year-old building have Failed - not a very good reliability percentage! Because these wall mounted units are hardwired we can’t just plug them in. we have had to hire a Electrician every time we’ve had to replace one. Cost as much is the heater itself!

Attempted to order on a Tuesday. Website states it will ship same day if ordered by 1pm CST. (Shipping times can go up for the holidays.) By Friday, it still had not shipped. Contacted customer service and they advised it would ship either Friday or Monday. I stated I wanted to cancel of it did not ship Friday. Customer Service rep Tony responds that the shipping information will be emailed when it was shipped FRIDAY. Monday comes around and still not shipped. Contacted again. They advised warehouse didn't get to it Friday. Told them to cancel my order. A week delay is unacceptable without some sort of communication with your customer. I understand holidays and what not however a week delay when websites states same day shipping? Order canceled. No attempt to even try to remedy the situation.

Previous major electrical problems with the heaters have hopefully been corrected. Discount was not applied at checkout, I had to call. Really?

not in regad to your product, which I have not been able to try yet but in regard to th way you run you r business, I would sadly have to give one star you are not contacable whoever does not understand at you r company, that your outgoing message just rolling over and over is insane, i cannot fathom? truly, it is discourteous too~~alos, I made my order on black friday, and did not get my 15 % discount you may make an amazing product but socially, your company is in the dark ages sincerely, Marty Grebb
