We LOVE these heaters. In our last house we had three....one in the sun room, one master bathroom & one in the master bedroom (all additions to the house) Now in this older home we just moved into we have a bonus room which is always "cool" I just ordered a new one for this house! LOVE THEM, QUITE, 3 YEAR WARRANTY, COOL TO THE TOUCH-----GETS THE JOB DONE!!

So easy to install. Once installed you barely know it's there and puts out enough heat for the room we are heating.

The ordering process was smooth in its transition from topic to topic. Your system DID NOT try to be clever re the 20% discount or the shipping. I already use your heaters in my rental property with very good success.

Great product! Currently in my office enjoying the quiet and 'stack convection' warmth. Cheers Mark
