I've had good experience with this company! I just ordered my 4th heater because I like them so much. One of them had an operating problem due to a safety switch shutting the unit off too soon and they quickly replaced it with a new unit that worked as I've come to expect from these heaters - GREAT!

When I first looked for heaters and I tried to order it but it did not work out. A month later I tried again because I had found none others that I liked. The second time I had no problems ordering and it came within a few days. It was easy to install, It works well , I yet to fine tune the thermostat.

These are the greatest wall heaters; effecient, no noise, low energy consumption, worth the price - especially when on sale around Christmas holidays and again during the summer! Six households in my neigbhood have bought one and often two after the positive experience from using the first one. Every staff member I have encountered are excellent: knowledgeable, courteous, efficient.
