As a small business, we made a big investment to successfully develop an acceptable action plan to submit to Amazon for our PL claim. Our chain of command was as solid, clear and as valid as we will ever have. After several months of back and forth with our egrowth consultant, several minor updates in the Plan of Action and continued rejections from Amazon, our consultant has given up. As the owner of our family business, I will continue to learn, grow and submit appeals to Amazon for review. Unfortunately we have wasted a lot of time & money using egrowth.

Updating my review from December Initially, we had a good experience with eGrowth Partners but we did not get the service or results we hoped for after our first appeal failed. We were suspended from Amazon in early August. We reached out to eGrowth about 3-4 weeks later after our first 2 Appeals were denied. We paid the $5,000 for the expedited service and Cynthia was very attentive and quick. She spent hours on the phone with us on a Saturday to get our next appeal out. However, that appeal was denied. We worked on 3-4 appeals with eGrowth after that but we did not get the same attention to detail as we did with Cynthia. eGrowth was not aware of changes at Amazon in how you submit appeals so we wasted a few months and appeals sending them to the wrong place in Amazon. They eventually gave us a number to call Amazon Account Health to get more help. That number was very helpful and free of charge! We wish they would have given us that number from the start as it would have saved everyone a lot of time. We stopped using eGrowth at that point because it was clear that eGrowth agent assigned to our case was just going through the motions after the 3rd appeal we submitted through them. Because of the free phone support we got from Amazon Account Health we were eventually reinstated. It took about 7 months, maybe 15-20 revisions and appeals, and many hours on the phone with Amazon and probably some dumb luck to get reinstated. But we did eventually get there! I would recommend reaching out to Amazon Account Health for free first and then possibly reaching out to eGrowth but pay as little as possible because you may not get results with eGrowth and they offer no refunds.

Really unhappy with the service this time. I have used them in the past. Response time was long and never received the audit before I was hit up for the money. I provided the same info over and over and Was told not to include items that I was suspicious about regarding the suspension. After two rejections of basically the same appeal I Had to completely rewrite the third one or wait another week for the rep to do it even though I told her I needed new information. I spent 3 hours on the phone with seller support and each time it just seemed like they were in a different direction than my appeal was. At this point I am not hopeful this one will be any different. It was almost as if the people at e-growth are just guessing. I’m looking to hire another firm that may be more knowledgeable. I feel like I wasted 6 weeks with this one for nothing.

I did not have a positive experience. I bought into the hype of Cynthia being the reinstatement guru, so when my private label was suspended for a baseless patent IP claim, I was sorely disappointed with the services received. I was disappointed when my case was handed off to some guy I had never heard of from the start and more disappointed when he couldn’t help me. The ASIN was never reinstated. I even spoke with their on staff attorney who provided poor advice to me. I ended up changing my product as I thought I had no other option at this point. Two months later, one of my other competitors who was also suspended for the same reason sued the company filing the patent infringement against them. Turns out neither of our products violated their patent and The E-growth attorney gave me bad advice. They are decent people and maybe they do help others, they did not help me though.

You did not solve my problem. I had high hopes because of recommendations, i feel like i wasted a lot of money.

I did paid 1500 for an appeal for an asin, the claim was fake and false. We did escalate it but at the end Amazon were sending us sme letter and our letter provided from egrowth partners was same as well. So we still have our asin blocked for a false claim.

This is not going to be the experience you think it is. The on boarding call with a very charismatic sales person (I'd hire her) will convince you that their success rate will mean success for you. We were told our situation was straight forward. But, once we got to our actual rep, that's where the personal attention stops. You'll pay a large sum of money for a form appeal letter and instructions to submit it yourself. We asked our eGrowth partners rep if we filed our appeal in the right place. I was told we did. After holding for a rep at Amazon - we were told we hadn't. We were never told to complete a critical step with the duplicate account - until Amazon told us to do it. At this point, we are still in limbo. Two weeks later and we've made zero progress except to get another denial from Amazon. The sales rep is great. The follow up is lack luster and vague. It feels like a one size fits all approach to complex individual problems. And you'll be frustrated by the lack of attention to your issues when you try to raise concerns or get help from eGrowth partners. Unless they are looking just to make money from pissing people off - I'd change the way they interact with clients once they take their money.
