I would rate zero stars if I could. I registered my warranty online and they still require you to keep the receipt despite having the serial number and confirmed product. The wiring failed less than a year and they won't honor the warranty

I don't think I could be more disappointed in my Ego Power+ 21" Select Cut self-propelled mower with Touch Drive. I'm sorry I gave up my Toro for this. Right out of the box, the cut using the mulching blade is very uneven. Looks like a mohawk haircut. I've talked with tech support, which is also not enjoyable as the hold time has been extremely long. Once I chose the option to receive a callback but I never did. Their suggestions were to change my grip on the bar, don't press down on the bar, and overlap the rows closer. I took it 25 miles to Ego's closest authorized repairman. He called me back before I even got home; there was nothing wrong that he could find, except a faulty battery that wasn't holding a charge after owning it just a year. I paid $60 to have him sharpen the blade, verified it's installed properly, and the cut looks the same on any of the four highest blade settings. I am stuck with this mower as I cannot afford another one, but I sure won't ever recommend an Ego mower to anyone who asks

Have been a loyal EGO products customer: lawn mower, chain saw, string trimmer. Just bought a new push lawn mover in September 2025 and over the winter the battery was not charged and now cannot be recharged. I tried to make a claim under warranty but had to talk to someone at a call centre who could not properly speak or understand English. They cannot find the registration of my product online, although I can see it. The customer service rep after 45 minutes claimed he is sending a replacement battery but I never received a confirmation Email. Now I have to call again. I am thinking of shifting my entire system of power tools to Kobalt or some other company. EGO's customer service and warranty recognition is absolutely unacceptable and useless.

Des échanges interminables entre le vendeur et moi, pour en arriver a la conclusion : "pas de réponse d'Iseki (fournisseur visiblement) on ne peut pas donner suite à votre demande de SAV. Contactez les VOUS-MÊME". Du côté réparateur, aucune réponse après plusieurs relances, rien ne bouge. Selon la loi du commerce, article 217-9 sur les délais d'attente raisonnables, je réclame le remboursement, il faut croire que pour Ego, 9 mois c'est raisonnable. Refus et réponse d'un "responsable" : on vous remplace l'appareil et on se débarrasse de cette affaire. Conclusion entre la date d'achat et maintenant l'appareil a été 12 mois en panne, 12 mois en attente d'une réparation. Il y est encore. FUYEZ !!!! Prenez n'importe quelle autre marque, même sans marque sur Aliexpress ou Temu. Mieux ! Achetez un parpaing et un pot de peinture vert fluo. Pour moins de 20 balles vous aurez le même résultat que EGO Power Plus.

Garbage , a company that charges double the price of a gas mower the can't stand the test of time. EGO is a joke. 800$ for a mower that cost 800$ for replacement batteries 5 years later. GARBAGE, sorry I bought it.

I provided everything requested multiple times: • Original Rona receipt • Photos of the original packaging • Photos of the mower • Serial numbers for the mower, battery, and charger • Detailed explanation of the issue Despite all this, customer service kept focusing on confusion surrounding the model number and whether the mower originally came with a storage cover, instead of addressing the actual problem. Meanwhile, the real issue is simple: the charger continuously flashes red and green lights, even with no battery inserted, and the mower is unusable. For a product barely two years old and sold as a premium outdoor tool, the warranty process has been unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. I expected far better support from EGO.

Blower was great until it didn't work EGO will not honor warranty because I purchased via Amazon. EGO did let me register the blower when I bought it on the EGO website, and let me register the warranty. When I called for service...I was told too bad, because I purchased via Amazon, they will not honor warranty. EGO Sucks.
