Very bad service , snowblower blower bearing issue , the customer service coach told me to wait for the parts to come from Asia with no ETA had to shovel instead of using the Ego. They don't stand behind their product ..Never again am buying EGO.

Call Ego support and need to wait about one hour for someone to answer. They are so rude. They will not listen to what you say. They do not stand behind their products. Bought mower and battery died after 2 years but they will not replace it because i could not find the orginal receipt. I found the receipt and called back but they would not enter the purchase date becuse they said I did not have the battery with me.

Defective products abound. Support is horrific. I bought a zero turn mower and its dead less than a year after purchase. Registering your product does not work. You have to do it through support (I had to do it two times). They don't believe you bought their product by default and have to supply a copy of your original purchase receipt... even if you did register it. Then the entire burden of coordinating, moving the mower by renting a trailer and finding a service center is on you as the customer. E GO=Garbage. Don't buy their products. Don't forget, expect to be on hold for an hour or more to even talk to someone for help.

Took 2 months to send a set of golf clubs from Hobart to Tweed Heads. Tracking was a fiction. Never again EGO or HUNTER EXTRESS. 16 December to 13th February is unacceptable. No contact number is given by EGO to follow up. Hunter Express washed their hands of the debacle. Said it’s all ‘on-line’.

Garbage product. Dead after 1/2 season of use. "No life expectancy for batteries" aka we know they aren't going to last.

Right after Christmas and after 9 months of usage our 42" ZTR mower just stopped working. Our first step was to contact Ego customer service. We were instructed to bring the mower back to Lowes, where it was purchased, for the Ego appointed service provider to pick up and fix. We dropped it off around the 28th of December 2022. We later learned that it was 3 weeks before the service provider picked it up. I should have realized then, this was not going to go as planned. Fast forward through dozens of calls to Ego customer service (I know them all, and they know me as well) to the first week of March 2023 and we still don't have our mower back. We have been told it has been fixed and that the service provider took it back to Lowes. However, we contacted Lowes on Friday March 3rd and were told by them it is not there. To say I am beyond frustrated with Ego is an understatement. I am at a point where if I don't get any progress immediately, that I will have our attorney get involved. Their service is that terrible.

LM2130SP thought this was a great machine until I had to "change the blade" to use the bag??? Then it's a "BTW" moment buy a torque wrench for an additional 50.00 to 100.00$ at Lowes after spending 569.00$ so that you can change the blade. I tried to just change the blade with a socket wrench and the blade won't move if it's too tight. So, I loosen the blade a bit it worked for a while then began to rattle as it came loose? NEVER BUY THIS AGAIN. PS I tried to log into my account. 3 times still waiting...for the log in to go through. I then try to open a new account to log in...it won't let me as I already have an account associated with my e-mail.

nothing but an expensive boat anchor with no usable warranty. 650 blower lasted less than a year their customer service is worthless.
