How can you get service if they provide a phone number that they do not answer? The first time, I was on hold for about an hour. They never answered. The message is very annoying. A greeting that lasts 25 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of music, followed by the greeting repeating. Try this for an hour. Then I did leave a message that they did not return. Called back a second time and did not get through after another hour.

The worlds worst customer service! Spent a fortune on various Ego tools and the chainsaw stopped working. Cannot find a repair place nor can Ego find one. Didn't call me back when promised.

Customer Service is TERRIBLE! Initially I had recommended EGO products to a number of people, but no longer will do so and will never purchase one again. In my most recent encounter I have requested a call back several times. First time it was over 3 hours later when they called back and I had to leave home in the interim so they couldn’t help me without access to the product. The second time the call back was the next day. When I answered a woman said “Ego Customer Service” and nothing else. I asked if she was calling to help me and she replied “You haven’t said anything”. I advised she hadn’t asked me anything. There was no reply so I said “Hello”. She hung up on me. I called back for the third time and am awaiting a call back. I loved the EGO lawnmower I purchased, at first. Then in the first year the battery died. EGO replaced it, after about 6 weeks due to supply chain issues then mistakenly sending to wrong address. The second battery worked for a while, but is not now and I am going through the process described above.

Ego customer service is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my lifetime!! I have called at least 6 times trying to get thru and when I do receive a call back it is 3-5 hours later, to be told you must be with “the tool” who can sit around all day with the “tool” and wait for a call back? From someone you can hardly understand their dialect, very disheartening and disappointed with no resolution yet for a battery under warranty. Ughhh

Nobody answers customer support unless your lucky. I got ahold of them( finally) and was told to send copy of sales receipt to a sight that would be emailed to me. That never happened. 2 weeks of on hold, nobody answers. No way to text/ email them. I wish I never bought EGO product.

Impossible to get thru to customer service. Am simply trying to find out how and where to get warranty repairs on my LM2100SP mower. Zero customer care. Their board of directors should try calling the help line and see what customers deal with. Over one hour waits. 855-346-5656

If I could have given a zero star rating I would have. This company obviously doesn't care about customer support ! I spent four hours yesterday on Hold for customer support Today I surrendered after an hour of being on hold. "Thank you for continuing to hold your call is very important to us, we are doing everything possible to expedite your call". Really !!! How about answering the phone ! How about hiring some help ! How about giving a poop about the poor customers who made the bad decision to trust your products !

I hardly ever write reviews but feel compelled this time. I bought Ego lawn mower, weed wacker and blower thinking I was getting quality products. Well the battery stopped working on the lawn mower after less than a year. My lawn is 40'x30', doesn't take long to mow. My attempts at a warranty replacement have been horrendous. My wife just laughs at me even attempting to get a reply on the phone. I have asked for a call back, never got one, have stayed on the line while watching a basketball game because I was getting non response, line just cut off at the end of business hours. Just got back for a 1 hr walk and was on hold the entire time. Basically no customer service. A case of, "if I knew then what I know now", I never would have bought EGO PRODUCTS!
