Ordered the multi tool, used the chain saw attachement and after one use it came apart. Contacting customer support is a nightmare - long hold times and no response to emails - very poor customer serivce

Bought an EGO Power+ LB6500. Stopped working 6 months after I bought it. Filed a claim for warranty. 5th request still not responded too. DO NOT BUY THIER PRODUCTS.

They don't honor their warranty, their batteries are no good keep failing and they don't replace it they gave you the run around.Please who ever is reading this don't buy any products from them,PLEASE .

My EGO string trimmer worked great for the first 2 years. It had a major repair that was covered under warranty. Now at year 4, the battery has died which has a 3 year warranty and is half the cost of product to replace, and the auto load is not working. Despite advertising a 5-year warranty and the manufacture date stamped on the handle, EGO refuses to honor the warranty because I don't have the original receipt. (It was a gift from my wife.) Companies that do not stand behind their products do not deserve our business.

Batter quit charging. Placed battery on neighbor’s charger same thing- battery would not charge. Impossible to reach Ego - customer support is completely absent. Leave call back number-never receive call. Leave voice mail- no response. I now must decide what to buy to replace POS Ego

I thought I might be one of the few people having trouble with an EGO battery, but it sounds like this is a common problem. I am on my third battery (a replacement under warranty from the former battery). I called EGO for a replacement. 48 hours later I got a voicemail back saying they would not replace this battery because it was a "replacement battery" even though this is the third battery that has died within or shortly after their three year warranty. I have a small lawn, so these batteries do not get heavy use, and I keep the batteries inside so they are not exposed to high or low temperatures. I am now faced with buying another battery for $299. I would not recommend EGO to anyone considering a purchase. If you are stuck with an EGO mower, just plan to replace your battery every three years for $299. Not a good company or product!!

My mower broke after only 2 years of being in use. I dropped it off to a service location to be fixed. It's been 6 weeks since I dropped if off at the service location, and they still haven't even received the parts from Ego to start working on it. Meanwhile, I've had to pay $40-$50 per week to either rent a mower or hire a lawn service to mow my yard. Ego said that they cannot reimburse me or refund me in any way since they are not directly responsible for selling the product. Lowe's and other companies are responsible for selling the product, not Ego. Ego couldn't even offer to give me a free battery or new blades or anything to help out. All they can do is make me wait for months to get my mower repaired. I do not recommend using Ego products because if their tool breaks, you will be waiting for a very long time to get it fixed.

Having trouble with my trimmer , called customer service and got no help at all ! They should not call there selves customer sevice , as that implies they care and they don`t ! I will never buy another Ego product again !
