Broken hedge trimmer. They want me to drive an hour and half to get it looked at for warranty. Will not replace. Gonna cost more money in my time going to drop it off then it will cost to buy a brand new one. Absolutely ridiculous. Horrible customer service. I've owned the machine for 4 months and it's already broken. Just buy gas you won't regret it. Do not support a brand that advertises a top of the line warranty but doesn't fulfill when their items break

I purchased a snow blower which does not perform as advertised. Do blow snow 40’, barely blows 1-2’ at best. One of the batteries provided stopped working after the second usage. Won’t turn on, won’t charge, etc. I’ve made sure the outlet works as the other battery charged fully turns on, works etc. I switched battery sides and broken battery still didn’t charge. Called customer service, people there from out of the country, hard to understand. They’re more concerned about the exact date of purchase than assist you for their crappy product! I called three times and their customer service was terrible. I would not recommend this product nor would I recommend this company. They are a miserable company. I ask for a supervisor and was told they wouldn’t attempt to call back for 48 hours. That is BS!

The EGO leaf blower is undoubtedly the poorest excuse for a blower! I am on my second unit in 4 months!! It always "bites" me because of static charges. I will Never purchase another product from the company!! There customer service is quite possibly the worst I have experienced in my life!!

3 years ago I bought a one stage snowblower that uses 2 batteries. I also purchased the leaf blower. One of the original batteries quit working after 2 years & EGO were good at replacing under warranty. The second original battery quit working about 6 weeks after the 3 year warranty expired so they are unwilling to replace it. These batteries were properly stored in a warm location. One battery costs close to half the cost of a new snowblower! The snowblower & leaf blower work great when the batteries are functioning properly. I was considering buying the lawnmower but that is now out of the question.

I purchased a leaf blowing and it was electrocuting me as I used it so I exchanged it for another one and the same thing with that one. I called customer service and they did not want to help at all ! Trash and unsafe products you’re lucky I’m not a person with a heart issue or I’d be gone using a simple lead blower. The battery for my snow blower only lasts 20 min and they should last 45 plus min ! Buy gas powered everything ! Don’t waste your money on this low quality product

Drive train not working. In for Service for weeks in the winter and no parts available.

I've owned 3 Ego Single stage snowblowers, and all 3 have experienced extensive/catastrophic electrical problems. The first 2 completely stopped worknig, and were beyond repair. I thought I would give Ego one more chance, because I so badly wanted to like them! So I spent extra money and purchased a very slightly used (less than 1 season) SNT2120AP snow blower with heated grips. It looked literally brand new when I bought it. I don't think the original owner used it more than a handful of times. I have used it 2 times since purchasing it, on very light snowfalls. After the 2nd use, both the lights and the heated grips have now stopped working. I contacted Ego and was shocked to find out that even though this thing has virtually NO USE on it, because I purchased it second hand, and not from a retailer, they will not cover the repair. I have invested thousands of dollars with Ego! I own virtually every tool they sell, including a 42" zero turn mower. I went all-in on this platform! Sadly, I'm done with them. Or at least with their snowblowers. They are horrible. Please, save your money and frustration and go with a different brand!

I bought two weed eaters and two leaf blowers the one battery went bad is is marked march of 2021 . But the company sucks and will not replace the bad battery. So I’m going to sale them all or junk them .really sucks because I liked them till the battery went bad . And the warranty sucks .
