Right out of the box the spool would not release on the string trimmer. I was a little disappointed after spending so much for this product but wanted to give them the chance to resolve the issue. Customer service's solution was to take it back to the store. No ideas, apologies, or even a goodbye. I am just beginning to replace my lawn equipment with rechargeable equipment and thought Ego would be worth the added expense. This was my first and last Ego product.

Emailed the company twice about a problem with how lowering the blades makes it stall. Never heard back from the company. The lawn mower works, but don’t think you’ll get any service from the company.

I would give it less of a review if I could. Let me start by saying I love the equipment but the customer service is a joke. I have 2 zero turn mowers, a blower, a mister , a carbon shaft trimmer and hedge trimmers. I registered them all over time and indicated lowes as my place of purchase. It’s been since 2021 and 2022 since purchased. I explain I have one bad battery and a bad wall charger. The rep goes thru the process of testing and indicates a possible bad charger or battery box. At the end of the conversation, she says oh sorry we can’t warranty it unless u provide proof of purchase. I did register my equipment but apparently that wasn’t good enough. Basically after spending 12k or more , they could care less. If u have faulty equipment within the warranty period, then fix it .. end of story. It’s not like I am asking them to replace a mower. It’s a wall charger and a 10 amp battery .. I am aware that I apparently left out something important that they needed , but it’s not like this equipment has been on the market that long anyway. What a joke !!!!

I am returning the EGO weed eater I bought the day before yesterday, used it in my garden, grass only, the weed eater started making a weird noise, quit on me...I will share on FACE BOOK..my neighbor bought an EGO a couple of years ago, he stated, he went through this same thing....he just tossed the weed eater into his garage....bought a different brand..!!! JUST got back, tha piece of junk is back at Lowe's...I am picking up a BATTERY OPERATED STIHL TOMORROW...I thought the EGO weed eater would be great....that is until I started TRYING to use it, and called their so called CUSTOMER SERVICE....GOOD LORD...there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR EGO!

I like the products, but customer service is awful. Like other that left reviews here I had to call over and over talk to different people, just to be denied for a broken handle. They call that wear and tear. So, within the five-year warranty you will NOT be reimbursed for broken items! Spend your money elsewhere!

Been waiting 3 months for a battery repair or replacement there warranty is terrible got the mower back after so called repair but still has the same problem s/it service

BOUGHT 2 BLOWERS THAT LASTED LESS THAN 3 MONTHS. NOT INTERSTED IN HONORING THERE WARRANTY OR REPLACING THEM. GOT THE RUN AROUND ON THE PHONE. TOOK THEM TO THE DUMP! BOUGHT 2 MILWAUKEE BLOWERS THEY HAVE BEEN GREAT!
