Purchased the 21” self propelled mower with the 90 minute battery… list price $995.00 After 3 mows it died. Warranty department sent me to an authorized dealer to repair. The dealer kept me informed during the entire 2 month process. No issue with them. However, due to all the issues with this mower, they had no parts to repair. I called EGO again and had an unpleasant 90 minute conversation with them. Was basically told “ oh well” before the agent hung up on me. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told that he would call me back in 24-48 hours. Now 2 weeks later, still no call. I returned the mower to the purchase place and purchased a gas mower. WILL NEVER PURCHASE OR RECOMMEND AN EGO PRODUCT TO ANYBODY!!!

I have been trying to reach Ego customer service for days. Calling them exactly at 8:30 am and still holding for an hour. My battery is in warranty but has quit working, I want it replaced but no luck getting through. Poor customer service!!

Bought an EGO Mower last April. By the end of the summer the battery would only last 10 minutes. Tried it out this year and it can't even hold a charge. Just dead and flashing red. Have tried for multiple days to get a hold of customer service. After being on hold they offer to call you back. Have tried this but they call back the next day when i'm at work and not near my battery. I assume others are having this issue causing long line ups. Bad batteries and bad customer service. Regret ever buying

Called yesterday at 2:40 pm. Waited 15-20 minutes then pressed 1 to keep my place in line for them to call me back. At almost 7:00 pm while out fishing I get a call back from an EGO Rep who had an accent and was flat stupid. I explained that my battery was still under warranty and it needed to be replaced because it no longer could be charged and my other battery still could be. He wanted to do a diagnostic but I explained I was not at home and HOW could it be an over 4 hour wait to have a call back from EGO?! He said they were busy. Uh huh. An over 4 hour wait is ridiculous! I hung up and will try again. Those batteries are like cost almost as much as buying a new mower. Called back yesterday to EGO, 4/25/2024. 4 hours later my call was returned. I explained that I cannot stay housebound until someone from there calls me back. This guy was more helpful than the first idiot. I have to call back a third time to have a diagnostic run on my bad battery. You know in case I'm lying. EGO's customer service is the WORST I have ever experienced with any product! TWO weeks later I am going to get a new battery but it could take up to 2 weeks to receive it.

SpeedIQ $1300 push mower launches out of my hands when I make turns or am pushing it up or down any degree of incline. Reached out to EGO. Their response? “Start cutting horizontal on all hills to prevent”. You kidding me!? Then told me to take it to my local ego repair facility to have them look at it and attempt to duplicate. Meanwhile this place is a concrete paradise with no grass anywhere around their building. They said “if they do not find anything and cannot duplicate concern you are responsible for their charges”. UNACCEPTABLE

Called customer service to ask about my battery’s warranty as they have stopped holding charge and flash red just minutes into use. I was told my batteries were out of warranty by 6 months and the cost to replace them would be $700. When I asked the extremely young customer service rep as to why I would ever consider replacing these batteries when they don’t last even 3-4 years she replied “For the Environment “ I would not recommend buying any of the EGO lineup as both their products and customer support are terrible

acheté une tondeuse en 2020. Utilisé 10 fois au maximum et elle est déja brisée. Ils m'ont référé a 3 magasins en 2023 pour la garantie. 2 de ces magasins étaient fermés définitiviement et 1 de ces magasins ne voulait pas me prendre car la tondeuse ne venait pas de ce magasin. Je les recontacte, ils me réfèrent a un autre magasin dans mon secteur mais ils me demandent de payer 40$ pour ouvrir le dossier et ensuite je dois payer le transport dont je ne connais pas le montant. Très décus de leur service et de la qualité de leur produit.

This mower is a pile of junk. It won't even complete a regular size lawn, battery dies often, have to keep charging it during a mow. Give me gas!!!!
