EGOReviews of egopowerplus.com

Ive been using EGo Products for about 4 years. I have a string timmer, leaf blower and push mower. They all exceed my expectations. Batteries are not cheap to buy separately so I ALWAYS buy the kit when I need a tool. Best bang for buck as your battery collection can grow this way.

I own several EGO products and love them. Had an issue with one product, but the managers took care of it. I highly recommend EGO.

The best product

We have several Ego products, all work brilliantly, and are far better than our petrol mower/strimmer/brustcutter, etc. We did have an issue with a battery not charging correctly, but it took a 5 minute phone call and a new battery arrived the next day. We ordered the multi tool last week, it arrived within 24 hours, but the delivery company damaged the package during transit. We called Ego, they apologised and offered to send another immediately. We decided to keep the one that was delivered (no damage to the product, luckily) and Ego are going to take this up with their delivery people. We have tried several other brands, but Ego is the one we have stuck with, and its been great for us. Sorry to hear others are having problems - I suspect its because the US tends to have the products first, and by the time they get over to the UK they are tried and tested, and the bugs sorted out. People have reported some issues over here, but we can only speak from our own experience.

i bought a Ego blower, trimmer and lawn mower for my daughter because she has a hard time starting gas yard stuff, from ACE hardware, i myself have a honda lawn mower and stihl blower and trimmer, all gas, the Ego lawn mower, blower and trimmer OUTPERFORMS all of my gas yard tools, no messing with gas oil starting problems etc with EGO. The batteries, 6ah, are more than enough to do a average yard without charging, my daughter Loves her EGO lawn tools!

Best battery mower by far. I have had my mower since they where first introduced into the uk, and it has not failed me once. It has been used every 10 to 12 days from March to September every year since purchase. The 4ah battery still keeps good charge and is able to cut our 340 square metre plot on 1 charge except during the first cut. I also have the strimmer which has been brilliant and I have recently purchased the hedge trimmer. Highly recommend and would have given more stars if I could ✨️

Ha got your attention. Based on the reviews for 2024 and the lack of customer service. I was thinking seriously about EGO, but now…….NO WAY WILL I BUY THIS BRAND.
