My lawnmower stop working I called EGO it took two days trying to get hold of a person. First day on hold for one hour spoke to a rep who had all my call back numbers, I got cut off and he never called back. Second day same thing happen when I got someone on the phone we got disconnected. I left a call back number and they did call me back, but argued that it was not the battery. The manual says that they have problems with the batteries. I asked to have a replacement it was out of warranty. I said you know you have product battery warranty problems. They sent me a new battery at no charge because it says they have problems in writting. I did receive a new battery and that was the problem it started right up.
