I am a big fan of ego products but the warranty registration process was horrible. The pot a pamphlet in saying scan qr code uick and easy we did. No data got loaded up. Not serial not model number not battery specs not cut width. We called and the guy would answer any questions not one. Kept talking about things we hadn't asked about. Then he hung up. 2nd helpful but had to take pictures of 3 serial number after we had put tool away. Totally unacceptable from ego and I won't buy nother tool from them, they lost a loyal customer

I would rate a zero if I could. This is my 2nd replacement for my lawnmower. Both with the same issue of the connections not working to start. Meanwhile, my 2 year warranty for another new one is almost out. Never received confirmation the new one was being shipped. Was told to box the old one up and return-which won’t fit in my car. I would never ever buy another Ego product. They suck!

I bought my first EGO LB6700 from Lowe’s in December 2025. It failed before I got through two full battery charges. Thinking I had simply received a bad unit, I bought another one in early 2026. The second blower has now failed too. Both blowers were used only for light residential work—mainly clearing my porch and sidewalk. They were not used commercially, abused, or subjected to demanding conditions. Two failures in such a short time under such light use are unacceptable for a blower at this price. The five-year warranty sounds reassuring until you try to use it. I was told to print paperwork and transport the blower to a service center, but EGO would not clearly tell me where to take it. According to EGO’s own locator, there is no authorized service location in Mississippi within 50 miles of my ZIP code. A warranty is not very valuable when obtaining service requires this much work for a nearly new handheld tool. After two LB6700 failures, I do not want another identical replacement—I want a refund or credit toward a dependable product. EGO, if you stand behind your products, please reach out and resolve this reasonably. Until then, I cannot recommend the LB6700.

Not only did the battery take a crap but when the battery di it took out my weed trimmer along with it. Customer service is horrible, common Lowe’s product that is Lowe’s was smarter would bankrupt this company. Junk products…STAY AWAY AND BUY A BETTER BRAND!

I have a lawnmower that works when it wants to work The self propelled system does not engage every time I use it! Very frustrating! I’m quite disappointed in how the lawnmower works!

THREE DAYS PAST THE WARRANTY...the head to the string trimmer comes flying off, hits me in the leg and loses 2 parts to the cover! The rep at the customer service number says no can do for a replacement! I have used the damned thing 6 times!!! If you plan on purchasing one, I suggest you have cash on hand to do replacement on their equipment that is like brand new! If I had known I never would have purchased Rating:EEEEEE---

We bought a 600 series ego 21 in mower 56 volt battery may 1st. Had a family issue where we have been away and took it out of box yesterday for the first time aug 22 battery lights up full green but mower wont start. Took it to Lowes they did everything replaced the battery and double shot it with a rep but its past lowes warranty. They said to call ego so I did that the next day they double shot it again and said we have to take it to a repair shop nothing more they can do. I asked if we send the mower back can I just get a refund because clearly something wrong with the product and they said there is nothing they can do. Im out $600 with a pile of junk plastic

I bought my EGO LM2110sp lawn mover from EGO the battery failed less then 3 seasons Their customer support is unprofessional and ignorant by any means. So stay away from them that is my advice for you. During my conversation with a customer support supervisor I advised him i recording our conversation with him. Moreover I bought a after market battery for that mover on amazon will see how that battery works out.
