I will never buy any EGO products again. First off customer service is horrendous. Why is EGO using reps that have no knowledge of the products and cant make a decision if their life depended on it. I think I spoke to 1 white person out of 8 reps and she was competent. The reps inform that they will call back with some updated info but ghost you because they have no desire or skill set to perform the job hired to do. Secondly the products are shit. Batteries last just over 3 years and then garbage, paying good money for crap Thirdly, I have been waiting over 2 months for my blower repairs due to EGO rep not doing his job. Shit company, shit customer service and shit products. This is a no brainer, to never buy their products again and buy brands that are care about customer service.

My charger will not charge and the customer service requires me to do troubleshooting and leave my battery and charger hooked up for two hours before they will do a warranty claim Then I was hung up on by the customer service rep that is very disrespectful and poor service

I have looked into an ego mower but for the price its not worth it over the long haul. and ego mower at 699.00 vs a Honda mower at 699.00 will out last it and save big bucks over time. A battery for ego costs 399.00 and will have to be replaced over time where a Honda mower will only need a tune up. I don't understand why the whole mower costs 399.00 and the mower with a battery and charger is 699.00.

I purchased the EGO 615 Leaf Blower. The battery life diminished with every use after fully charged. Worse than anything was the customer service. I was happy to swap it out for the same product from Lowes, but I attempted to do this after 34 days (instead of less than 30 days). I was forced to use EGO's customer service who had me running my own battery tests. Ego does not stand by the product and Lowes should not be using them.

bonjour, taille haie acheté en nov2023,a fonctionné pendant 11 mois ,puis plus rien, il s'est arrété alors que je lubrifiais les lames, donc sans effort ni choc. sous garantie 2 ans, mais impossible de faire valoir celle ci,le site web (italie) me renvoie à ego france qui fait de meme...SAV inexistant!!!;de plus les cartes de revendeurs ne sont pas à jour depuis plus de 2 ans!!!

I purchased and Ego snow blower in 2022. I used it 4 times with a total run time of 1-1/2 hours. One of the batteries was dead and would not charge. I called Ego customer service. Since I did not have my receipt any longer they went by the manufacture date on the battery which was from 2019. So that snow blower sat somewhere for 3 years before I purchased it. They said there was nothing they could do to help me. I had to purchase another battery because they wouldn't help me. I tried to go electric for various reasons, but never again. I will never buy and Ego product again. Is asking for a battery replacement too much to ask for? It's not like I used it a lot.

I bought an ego 400w inverter (PAD5000). It just a couple of months old and was used twice during two power outages. The inverter went flashing red and didn’t work anymore. I thought it would not be a problem to get it fixed or replaced due to so called 5 year warranty and satisfaction guarantee. Not at all! The customer service people I am interacting with are extremely rude and they asked me to send the videos to show the serial number while inserting the battery and then turn on the battery to show the red light. As everyone who owns such an inverter knows that it is an impossible maneuver since inserting a battery requires both hands and once the battery is in place, the serial number is covered by the battery. I told them about this impossible mission. They did not believe me and even didn’t listen to me. I have sent them 7 times with separate video clips showing serial number and showing the red light flashing and photos to show the closeup view of the serial number. They don’t trust me and no solution after weeks emailing back and forth and numerous phone calls. I believe no matter how good is your product and how much ego you have. If you don’t have basic trust in your customers and a reasonable customer service team, you will lose your business. At least for me, this is my last Ego product and luckily I have not waste thousand dollars on this junk company!
