The pillow appears to be well-made, but after just three days of use, I now have neck pain. Unfortunately, since I’ve already tried it, returning the pillow isn’t an option.

I found the company customer service to be very helpful. We were uncertain that the correct need had been ordered because of how it showed up on our shipping receipt, but a call to the company was quick and easy. The rep was able to confirm exactly what was purchased and shipped. It was all correct.

This full size Egohome black 10" mattress is for the guest room for the grandkids. I do sleep with the younger ones and bought this with my comfort in mind. I wake up everyday with back pain. For the review, I needed to sleep on it. Well I have slept on it for only 2 nights, but I am about to get a queen size for MY room. I have had no pain the last 2 mornings. It was shipped quickly, expanded in about 24 hours. I did not notice any smell. Very pleased!

My mattress was delivered almost over night. Super comfortable. I'm back to enjoying a solid nights sleep without waking up from either my wife or dogs moving around. This mattress is way more comfortable than my previous expensive old school one. Cannot recommend enough.
