I just subscribed...paid for a yearly subs and the app. IS NOT WORKING...what the hell?? I click on thing and NOTHING happens. Am I just unlucky for today? Did I just waste my money on an app that won't work? I'm really mad right now and this app is supposed to help me....

I got targeted on an Instagram and, such led to a huge quiz. After filling out a huge form without really learning about the product, I didn't even get a little tip as a thank you, just a prompt to buy a product I don't know anything about. Then I got an email from "Thomas" with broken links. And when I replied to "Thomas" to his personal email I got a reply back from your support ticketing system. It's like your gaslighting people. Should know better when working in mental health.

I had this app for 10 minutes and realized that it wasn't what I was looking for. I immediately emailed them to ask for my money back. I was charged $59.99 for the year and then offered the option of a lifetime subscription for $99.99. It did NOT state that it was an ADDITIONAL $99.99. I thought, 'I might as well, because if I like it, then that's cheaper to just pay once.' Well, I got charged $59.99 AND $99.99, And guess what, they won't refund me. I used the app for probably a whole 30 minutes and had it for maybe 12 hours. I will be formally sending a complain to the BBB.
