DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP. IT IS JUST A HABIT TRACKER AND NOTHING SPECIFIC TO DO WITH ADHD!! The advertising for this app is exactly what is wrong with the world. People with no conscience or empathy making money by preying on the vulnerabilities of people who want to make a change for the better. I'm so glad I only signed up for a month. Your waste of space app is being deleted from my phone and I won't waste any more of my time by trying to get a refund from you and don't waste your time or mine by responding with a pathetic apology reply.

This is the lamest app. It keeps asking me to put in input like gratitude or what my day is like. Yet there is no way to answer. The options are already coming up as boxes and they don’t apply to what I want to put in, not have I ever set up the boxes that does apply. The advertised benefits are not what the app actually does. I can’t write anything in or be in detail. Even adding a pic of ‘photo of the day’ is stupid and I don’t see an option to add or the reason why a selfie is valid. I can do all the writing in a journal elsewhere and don’t need an app to check off boxes that don’t even apply. I’ve been trying this app for a week and can’t figure out the actual benefits of it since it doesn’t record words, only boxes. Those boxes can’t be added to or actually record my days. I’m wanting a refund. It’s been a waste of my time.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Appalling. Overwhelming and they prey on people’s mental health issues. Refusing to give me a refund on something that I can’t use. It is badly advertised and misleading and a total scam. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Dear Team Effecto. Do YOU see how terrible all your reviews are? You quote ;While we do have strict refund policies in place, we always aim to be understanding and accommodating of our customers' unique circumstances.' This strict refund policy is put in place to only gain from a terrible App. IF you actually cared about your customers you have 3 options that would help each and everyone. 1. Allow a refund to all who seek it BECAUSE you are not offering what you advertised. 2. ACTUALLY give us what we pay for. $100 for a yearly app that has nothing but US entering data that doesn't help, isn't worth anyone's money. 3. Get rid of the app and stop making money off people who are seeking to be better. It is disgusting that you are doing this! Let alone paypay who cannot see this is a scam and allow us our refunds. I do not know how your company sleeps at night. Disgusting to say the least.

I researched the app and the research company they state backs the science. MDPI is a pay to publish company. There is an article on Science.org that was recently published and states MDPI has been delisted from their impact factor. Based on the amount of research they publish quickly, the peer reviewed process is not as vigorous. I took all these extra steps to find out about the app and the publishing company. Thank you for everyone sharing their experience. I will not purchase this app.

I'm so upset about my experience with this app. I realised 30 seconds after purchasing a year-long subscription that this would not help me with my ADHD. I wrote to the company immediately to request a refund, which they denied. I have tried asking them for a pro-rated refund (although I have not used the app AT ALL) and they denied that as well because they "delivered everything that was promised". There was no personalised plan, it's a terrible interface and I got a 36 page text-heavy PDF that I'm supposed to follow to set up the app to work for someone with ADHD, as a person with ADHD, wth!!?? This company is so shady and should be shut down.

Awful. What is this app actually useful for? And it's ridiculously expensive, and incredibly hard to cancel. They have just taken another £27 off me. Furious!

Beware of this scam! Not personalised, merely a habit tracker. Once signed up for a plan and purchased they keep offering more add-ons. No payment receipt is being sent. No way to cancel in the app, no way to request a refund. Customer service extremely slow to respond and so far not heard back regarding refund request. Very questionable business practices.
