Useless, hard to use- buy a journal for better results
It’s a useless app, in its outcomes and also its usability. Genuinely offers nothing more than a diary or journal type service, and on top of that it’s very antiquated and cumbersome from a data entry and user interface perspective.
They pepper you with emails and deliver a very poor quality product that does not live up for the hype.
Save your money- particularly in light of the fact that if you cancel your subscription one month into the 12 months they won’t refund the unused portion.

Awful immoral company.
Awful company. I brought the app on the strength of a personalised plan for ADHD after answering numerous personal questions. There is nothing personalised about this plan. They send a generic pdf with nothing more than simple information you can get from Google. I had to ask several times for this too! I am going back and forth with customer services who are refusing my request for a refund, saying there is nothing wrong with the product!

Utter scam doesn't give you what it advertises, not even close!
This app does nothing but track behaviour. People with ADHD are FULLY aware of their behaviour and how it doesn't fit community expectations, so aware we are often left depleted of energy and exhausted from the daily effort. Tracking 10 different things from taking a crap to drinking water is not going to give me CBT techniques to manage ADHD, it is an utter scam. What they present and what you get are two very different things. The 36 page PDF just tells you to eat better, sleep better and exercise more. Well what a revelation! Talk about a concerted effort to overwhelm you with bs dressed up as scientifically driven assistance. I thought (as it seems many others in the reviews also thought) I was signing up for CBT strategies that I could tailor to assist with my condition. Not an overwhelming number of things I have to track, monitor and review constantly which shock of shocks will NOT assist with focus or anxiety levels. What a bunch of crooks, DO NOT go anywhere near this crew who clearly are preying on a vulnerable group of people.

I feel scammed by the Effecto App, they don’t offer what they advertised.
I feel scammed by the Effecto App, the advertisement shows that it’ll help with ADHD symptoms, but it’s not a ADHS plan, it’s a symptom tracker, using it overwhelms me. After 3 days of use, I realized it wouldn’t be helpful, so I asked for a refund. The company says “All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable unless there is a delivery issue with the product or an issue preventing access to the app. Since your Effecto plan was correctly delivered and accessed, we can't offer a refund in this case”, which just doesn’t make sense to me, they don’t offer what they advertised. I don’t recommend it for ADHD people at all.

The company takes advantage of people
The company takes advantage of people. I paid for the app three months ago then immediately forgot I did. Never used the app. Noticed a charge a few days ago and asked for cancelation and refund. Denied any refund. I'm going through a divorce right now and was looking for solutions to stay on track. Thought the app might help but all its done is put me in the hole more.
