This App is a waste of your money and time. Free apps provide these services. CON... You decide you're going to purchase the app and then they offer other services for additional fees but never allow you to preview or order it go automatically through without you ever seeing the total price of your purchase...$300 later and you cancel immediately they won't refund because they send your "personalized" package immediately. Well mine arrived 3 weeks later after they refused to refund my money. The only personalized anything about it is the names of my medications that I added. I have an alarm set on my phone and pill organizer(costs me nothing) and have managed to take my pills daily. Total total scam and con

Awful app no help to anyone with adhd and no way of contacting customer support or asking for a refund. What a way to profit from people suffering with this condition, well done 👏

FALSE ADVERTISING They promise a personalised programme but all you get is a very complicated journaling system that gave me anxiety to look at. Customer service is very slow to respond and offers no solutions. They have a no refunds policy.,Not surprising as no doubt everyone asks for one. Scammers cashing in on people struggling with ADHD. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Do not purchase this app! It is nothing like what it is described to be. There is also no point trying to get your money back. They will tell you to give the app a try and it has been personalized just for me. They should have a money back guarantee. Instead, people who truly want to get better and cope with ADHD are taken advantage of. Additionally, there was no response from customer service when I was charged for another yearly subscription. There is no way to view your subscription options through the app so you are unable to cancel. I sent an email to customer service on July 14th, 2024 and I STILL have NOT received a response. I hope the 55.00 is worth it. DO NOT PURCHASE!

As someone with ADHD you get pretty desperate for help. This company were / are also Domental. It is clear that they prey on vulnerable people. Currently trying to cancel my subscription... not through Google but with my card details direct. These reviews indicate that cancelling the app has not been successful for quite a few so I am concerned that now I have to cancel my bank card.

Do not purchase. Terrible app, I was expecting so much more. I foolishly paid for 3 months upfront and realised my error once I had logged in. When I asked for a refund I was told they have a no refund policy!! Beware. There are much better apps around that cost far less. I can only assume all the adverts and promotions are fake and not from real users! :-(

This program and app is totally misrepresented. I downloaded the app after subscribing and realized it wasn’t as advertised. I immediately requested a refund and was told they don’t give refunds. It’s a total scam

The biggest mistake of my life - this app is crap and they know it. I downloaded because one of their Instagram app led me there. I wasn't enough bright to explore the scam behind that, although there were obvious signs - you have x seconds to buy; costs x cents per day; complicated and non-transparent order process; suspicious offers... etc. So I made a mistake and I ordered the 1-year-sub and then later the lifetime (thought it's not added, but replaced with the 1-year-sub). The strange thing that I don't remember a 'final order summary' page which tells me what I ordered, what I'm about to pay. Because if they showed me that I will pay 59 + 99 USD for their app which I haven't downloaded yet, probably I would have run - really fast. So: no order summary, no receipt, and most importantly - no personalized result and tips for ADHD. (You take the quiz, and you get the result, if you pay, ideally.) I downloaded the app and I was really curious that the subscription what I ordered is valid or not? Since I didn't get any kind of feedback. The app doesn't have any information about that. So I checked my bank account. Yepp, the 59 + 99 USD is missing. The chaos begun: I wrote them that I would like to cancel all my subscriptions immediately, and I would request a refund. They answered me in a few hours that they canceled all my subscription (the 1-year-sub and the lifetime-sub too), I won't be charged in the future. But regarding the refund, a senior colleague will reach me out. She did, and told me that it's not possible to have a refund. They have it in their terms and conditions. Ok, understood. BUT. And I have two questions. If they canceled my lifetime subscription, it means that it's not valid right now. (I mean, you have a lifetime sub or not, there is no between.) This requires an immediate refund, doesn't it? I live in the European Union, they targeted me in the EU-market, that means that all the EU-laws - protecting me - is legally valid for them and for all their advertisement. The EU says that all the customer have the right to return their product in 14 days without any justification, and they must give me a refund. I asked my questions to the senior collegaue. I attached the official document of this law. They don't respond. They're in quiet. It's been a week. Please do me a favor: DON'T DOWNLOAD, AND DON'T SUBSCRIBE.
