SCAM - said they would happily refund but then waited till I was past the paypal dispute window before then refusing. The app was broken for me and they didnt even try and fix it! Absolutely disgraceful company!

This company is a complete scam. I regret spending any money for it. I have scheduled three "free" onboarding calls and no one has showed up for them via Google Meets. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU USE OR TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!

This company is a scam preying on vulnerable people. I installed the app, quickly established I had been seriously misled by the marketing and requested a refund within 3 days but they refuse to return my money. Avoid at all costs!

Worst app, I fell for the advert and quickly paid the amount as the app sounded amazing however it did not offer the things it said in the advert. After LOTS OF EMAILS to there awful customer service team saying that they refused to give me a full refund even though I never used the app. Ended up having to put in a dispute on PayPal and low and behold they have given me a full refund. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS ITS A SCAM!!!!! Look at the reviews before you give away your hard earned money!!!

This company is awful. They debited my account twice , without me receiving anything. I then couldn’t get hold of them or get them to respond to cancel the app so that’s nothing for 2 times 26.99! Absolute appalling! What a scam. They should not be allowed to advertise in the way that they do. BEWARE! I’m trying to get my bank to cancel the subscription.

SCAM APP! Impossible to cancel my subscription, I've sent them at least 7 emails and I'm still waiting for a reply.

For me the app is a scam attached to purchase of the Lasting Change book on Inst which I purchased for $124. It seems it came with the Effecto App @ $47.99 (a month?). I can’t see any subscription pricing details on the Website. Never downloaded, so can’t comment on the App, only the Help Desk which kept saying they couldn’t refund because I’d received it. Then I was charged another $79.99 (not sure what it was for) Managed to cancel the “subscription” but still got charged another $47.99 the following month. I found the 3 Developers on LinkedIn and Facebook. I contacted one of them on Messenger who refunded 2 of the charges straight away. I highly recommend reaching out directly to the developers to get help with refunds. They are listed on the website, so public information. Good luck.

I had a look into this app but thankfully realised it was not for me before putting any payment details in. I’ve received multiple sales emails since (which in itself is fine), their approach though is aggressive, manipulative and preys on vulnerable customers. I think this is a discussing approach and I’m extremely doubtful of Jacob’s credentials as a “Neurologist”. I haven’t engaged with the program though, so can’t comment on that.
