predatory scam
This app is a predatory scam. I agree with the other negative reviews. if it worked and was bad, then I might peg this down to me making a bad choice but they don’t even refund if the app doesn’t work. It’s very bad.

Defiantly not how it was advertised, absolute guttered with the app total waste of money and the whole program,

This is basically a scam. Company has a 'no refunds' policy which they use to argue they won't refund an autorenewal despite giving no advanced warning of further payments to give time to cancel.

Awful predatory app that takes advantage of the spontaneity of people with ADHD. They also manipulate app reviews - none of mine show up. Terrible - unethical - avoid!!

I would give this app zero stars if I could. Please do not let vulnerable children or adults sign up to this app, especially if your passwords are not safe. They offer hope to desperate people and deliver nothing you can't get for free, it's a scam through and through. Don't believe the rose-tinted marketing and ads, they are there to dupe you. I am currently trying to get a refund via PayPal as I didn't even sign up myself. The 14-day cooling off period is worth nothing, customer service will quote the terms roboticaly to you, ie that there are no refunds on digital downloads. I took it off straight away when I found out what happened. I will keep on disputing for a refund.

Horrible experience! They will not let you cancel your account. Be prepared to jump through many hoops while still getting billed! Absolutely ridiculous !

I bought into the target marketing and after trying to setup the app for an hour saw it really want more than a task manager & definitely not tailored to ADHD. I immediately requested a refund and after a week was declined because you can only get a refund if there are ‘delivery issues’ (ummm what? It’s an app…). I tried reasoning with them and they just kept quoting their terms and conditions. It’s a scam and has predatory practices on neurodivergent individuals.

This app is a scam. When you request a refund they spout some nonsense about the whole thing being super customizable. It’s a joke. Save your money.. waiting for the class action lawsuit.
