Absolute Scammers. I clicked on a free trial, then deleted it in a second. I got one email to my junkmail which I found afterwards saying 'it was not too late to get 70% off my Diet book etc' as it was deleted. No mention of a subsciption which it went on to sign me up to £79.11 a month for Effecto and an extra 'dietbook' for £72.00 - so on spotting these payments (marked only Paypal annoyingly due to DD) I had already lost around £250.00 - with no app membership, diet book - nothing to show for it. They refuse to give money back sending an image of the screen shot of the original trial offer with TINY T&Cs which was illegible on the laptop let alone what would have been seen originally on the phone. They are complete THIEVES and very unfortunately cover their legal requirements by fraud and these T&Cs so Paypal and my bank cannot help. Absolute TRASH and SCUM behind this company. I will now get the standard response they give to everyone. Tossers.

UPDATE BELOW.....Only given 1 star because I have to. An absolute rip off and a con. Downloaded the app and ended up paying hundreds of pounds despite cancelling my account. When I asked for a refund, been told digital refunds aren't possible. I am taking this further as they basically stole my money. AN ABSOLUTE CON, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I will not be contacting you as I have already contacted you, closed my account and yet you continue to take my money. This has been reported to the police and it is now a police matter. Still no refund received.

‼️DO NOT TRUST THIS APP/ THESE LITHUANIAN ‼️THIEVES.They kept charging me for two more years after cancelling the app. They are not reliable. And they claim they cannot make refunds past 6 months due to legal issues. Which is off course complete nonsense. Do ‼️DO NOT TRUST THIS APP/ THESE LITHUANIAN THIEVES‼️

Scam- do not sign up, they will steal from you! I have had over 200£ taken from my account overnight and despite what they say about this being clear in some fine print I have checked all correspondence including theirs they sent today which clearly shows that is not written down. This company and it's many branches are a scam. They will take money from you without informing you, continue to take it after you cancel your subcription through other names, and will refuse to refund you despite their blatant lack of informed consent to you, the customer. Do not fall for it. Walking Yoga, Effecto, Brainway, whatever else they come up with, will take money from your accounts without any warning. Disgraceful conduct. I downloaded this app in January, done the free trial, then wanted to cancel. I couldn’t cancel on the app so had to email someone, they confirmed all my subscriptions had been cancelled and I wouldn’t be charged anything. 6 months later and they have just taken £170 from my account! They are refusing to give me a refund because apparently they snuck in a second subscription in the small print which I didn’t cancel (even though I emailed them to cancel!) THIS IS A SCAM! P.s I never write reviews but I’m so angry with their audacity!!!

I was automatically subscribed when I dint subscribed and no refund at all
