Beyond disappointed with this app AVOID

Beyond disappointed with this app. As most people hope it will help me combat the daily struggles of ADHD but unfortunately it requires you to basically take a diary entry everyday of every single thing you do and feel and eat and exercise the list goes on and for this disorder something that requires so much dedication and attention is impossible and this is supposedly meant to help! They really need to do their research. The next thing is the hidden charges that occur, they ask you to choose how long you would like to subscribe when you down load the app which misleads you to think that, this will be the length of time you are subscribed to then find a £24.95 charge next month out of your account! When you ask for that to be returned they send you terms and conditions which as we all know again is taking advance of a person with an attention disorder and that finds it’s hard to retain information also this is against people with a disabilty under the equality act of 2010! You should be ashamed of yourselves!

Be warned SCAMMERS
Be warned, keep away. Took money out of my PayPal account without permission. Thankfully PayPal must be aware of this dodgy app and company so have offered support me to get a refund but I don’t hold my breathe in hope of getting back the money from them direct after reading there reviews. Run a mile if you ever see this name or they will scam you. Just had a reply from Jessica Bailey in your support team saying sorry non refundable - diabolical you should be ashamed of such appaling support that robs genuine folk.

Do not get Effecto
I subscribed to Effecto, the app wouldn’t even open, i contacted customer services but they said they would not offer refund on a change of mind. I told them it didn’t work. They did not respond. Please don’t make my mistake. UPDATE 9 July as expected effecto have not replied to my request for assistance, which they suggested I do in the below reply. They also did not reply to my message of 30 May requesting a refund. Avoid Effecto! They have sold me an app that doesn't even open!

Some lies
They are lying about their price policy, they charge you for trial period twice and no matter how many emails you write they just claim themselves right and everything was written in T&C they say. It is a useless app and do not trust it.

Don’t go anywhere near this app
Don’t go anywhere near this app. They have dodgy billing processes and you will get nasty surprise when they withdraw money from you out of nowhere and their support team will do nothing. They are taking advantage of the traits of those with ADHD with fine print that locks you in without you knowing. The app does nothing except remind you to drink water.

This is a scam
Not possible to cancel and they keep charging you for a service and an app that has no meaning, the product is completely scam. Had to cancel my bankcard and report them to my bank. They only have a form online and no email you can send to them so when they ask to see my proof of asking to immediately cancel my subscription I have none, because it was done in a form. It's all a scam.

Kæmpe scam! Nederdrægtig exploitation af personer med ADHD!
Fup og svindel! Ingen mulighed for at afmelde sig, hverken i appen eller på hjemmesiden, og ej heller vejledning til dette under FAQ. Afventer fortsat refusion på 9-10 måneders uberettigede opkrævninger. Kæmpe scam! Ussel og nederdrægtig måde at markedsføre sig til og exploite personer med ADHD på. Afventer nu at "senior customer support specialist" besvarer min anmodning. Forventer selv at politianmelde firmaet for financial fraud. Opfordrer andre til at gøre det samme.
