Makes it easy to track your mood, energy level, medications and everyday thinks.

So far, so good. Its a little early to tell as I only started using it a couple of days ago, and I only suspect I have ADHD not had a diagnosis yet. However, it is interesting to keep a record of your moods and will keep going with it and let you know how it's going, further down the path!

I have only used the app for 4 days but it really help me to focus on the things thats important to have a great day. Its very informative and I have alredy learnt a lot.

Brilliant App and so Personal - It helps me track myself throughout the day and its a private space to check in with what is going on with me personally - I can spot patterns and track so I can make positive changes. Great tool for tracking mood and overall health. I really like this app because it has all the features I want to track in one app. I suffer from migraine and depression, and it's really cool to track both my physical and emotional symptoms, and see how they correlate with one another.

I didn't expect this app to be so helpful to me. Not only does it allow me to track my mood and other internal states, but it also helps me to see patterns and trends over time. One of the main things I love about Effecto is how easy it is to use. I can quickly and easily record my mood and other relevant data, and the app provides so many helpful graphs and charts which help me understand what's going on. I also love that it allows me to track my activities as well. Seeing how different activities impact my well-being, I can make more informed decisions about how to spend my time and energy.
