Absolute scam, terrible unless product that targets vulnerable people. They will take your money without the free trial. Won't send reminders. I cancelled after being charged £53 2023 then they took payment again in 2024. Product not used they can see that but they won't refund you. 100% scam, terrible product and disgusting company with poor rood customer service. Stay away these people are horrible along with the product 😒 Just to add since I have a reply. Please do not be fooled by the apparent level of professional approach they portray on here. The emails you get are not as professional. Even though they make it sound like they will help they won't. Very fake scammers . Beware !

I should have read the reviews first but: I received an E-Mail saying I‘m getting a 71% off deal so I figured oh well, $15 for 3 months isn‘t terrible if I try to work with the app and it ends up not helping me. So I paid the 15 dollars, received a „welcome“ E-Mail saying my plan is waiting for me in the app. I downloaded the app and tried to log in and my plan was nowhere. I had to go through analysis again and in the end I had the option for a free 7-day trial after which I‘d either pay $10 a month for a 3-month plan or $5 a month for a 12-month plan. I already paid those $15, so where is my plan? This app seems to be a total scam and it is absolutely shameful to do something like that at the expense of people with or without a diagnosis of adhd, who try to take a step towards working on themselves.

Recently signed up for a 7 day free trial but was charged £53.99 straight away!!!! Contacted the company and they’re claiming they cannot find my account so looks like I’ve lost that money. Absolute scam avoid!!!

Today I feel compelled to do something about this! There is literally a "pandemic" of scammy subscription apps and services out there preying on people with ADHD. Like me. I am so sick of it! We need to either find or establish one central spot online to compile all of the negative experiences we've had and everything we have seen that exposes this terrible trend once and for all! From that repository of information, experiences and facts we can reach out to key ADHD hubs and organizations (like CHADD, ADDA, NAMI, etc.) and to relevant watchdogs and consumer protection agencies (government and others). Also to major media including trusted daily newspapers, news networks, and wire services. We need to see some big exposé articles in the headlines and broadcast news coverage pieces aired to curb this plague! Are you with me??

The app is nothing like the ad portrayed and it is nothing more than a symptom tracker. A pencil and paper would be more useful. I emailed them and tried to get a refund after trying to cancel and being charged anyway. They refused. If you fell for the scam, make sure you check Paypal subscriptions cause they will keep taking money while telling you its canceled. Edit - telling me to email you when I’m posting about my experience emailing you and you refusing to help is extra dense.

Absolutely disgraceful company. Reported to trading standards and action fraud UK. Couldn't find a cancel button (because there isn't one) so I messaged support in the app. Got no response so I deleted "delete my account" which explicitly states all your details will be removed. Weeks later I was charged £41 I emailed and was told that on the website (which I didn't go to because I was using an app from google) it states you must email to cancel. The website actually states that you can cancel subscription via Google play or the email. I did both as far as I understood but deleting my account deleted that in app message and the Google cancellation alone was apparently not sufficient. Emailed directly to the company and was told it's on the website so tough luck. Applied for a refund via paypal which was also refused. This company is exploiting people with disabilities and it's absolutely disgusting. I will not rest until I see them ended.

This company is a total nightmare and scam its taken £173 + from my bank I don't have app never had app . I am contacting trading standards and also paypal and eBay to try and get website taken down and stop it from taking peoples money
