If I could rate this app a zero then I would As stated by numerous reviews, they give you a 7 day trial for a ridiculously low price, then unlike other reputable apps who drop a reminder that you're due to renew, they then take £24.99, 7 days later for "another" 7 day trial. Presumably if you don't spot the payment, you will be billed £24.99 every 7 days for another trial. You can only cancel by emailing a customer service email address, theres no facility in the app and then you will have to wait 2 days for a response to be told that they don't issue refunds. It was a vulnerable family member, not myself who signed up for this and fortunately I spotted the payment before they were scammed further. I'm sure this process is written in Tiny letters in the T&C's, however as impulse control can be a challenge with some people with ADHD I doubt when finding something that you hope will benefit your condition, your first thought is to read the T&C's. EDIT- The interesting thing about the sorrowful response email about getting in touch and we'll try to resolve the problem is that I've "reached out" to try and resolve the problem before posting the review to be told no refunds and I've also raised a PayPal dispute to be told that is been refused as they have produced the T&C's that no one can find. You will NOT get any refunds from this company so save yourself the hassle and find a more reputable company.
