I just couldn't put my finger on why I can't get it together. I was put on antidepressants but they made me worse. The questions in this video hit home. I see that I am not to "blame", I'm not "crazy". I have something real! And knowing that I can work on myself and take control gives me great hope. I will stick to my plan and look forward to taking my life back!
