Terrible App that Made My Disorganisation Worse
I regret downloading Effecto. I thought this app would help me manage my ADHD symptoms, but it only made things worse. The interface is confusing and extremely difficult to navigate, which is the opposite of what someone with ADHD needs. Instead of providing helpful structure, it just added more frustration and made me feel even more disorganised. To make matters worse, the subscription cancellation process is nearly impossible to find. I tried to cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, but my request was flatly refused. This feels very unfair, preying on people who already struggle with executive functioning. It’s clear to me that this app is more interested in taking money from vulnerable users than actually helping them. I highly recommend avoiding Effecto if you're looking for genuine ADHD support. It made my symptoms worse and left me feeling taken advantage of.
