I am very annoyed with this company!
I am very annoyed with this company! I paid £11.99 for 1 month plan, which I was really looking forward to. BUT they have also taken a payment of £79.99 for a life time plan of which I did not ask for. Why would I buy a month's plan and a life time plan also I am 73, and surly do not want a life time plan. More so I can't afford a month plan. They refuse to refund £79.99 to me Hopefully pay pal can help me This review has my daughters name on it my name is Jean Plumridge

They have made it almost impossible for me to cancel my subscription. They just go back and forth stalling for time so they can charge more money. Do not sign up to this app.

I did not sign up for those I don't…
I did not sign up for those I don't even have th app and noticed I was billed by them for the past 10 months and I am not finding ways to unsubscribe or get a refund as I never used this ever. How is someone able to sign me up for this subscription without my knowledge?

Unethical company that counts on your oversight
I bought a book called Lasting Change and then I bought another for my sister. The company just automatically enrolled me into their app services for both books although I only ever opted in for one. There is no communication from them whatsoever about when they will charge you unlike other legit companies. They have been charging me double for months without me knowing until I did a review of my payments and realised that this was happening. I cancelled the payments immediately and asked for my money back and they have refused to refund me even though, there is no service of theirs that I'm using. They simply stated that as per their policy, there is no refund. They are not ethical and that's the thing that disgusts me the most. The book I bought is really a rehash of stuff you can get from the Internet for free. A really awful experience. I love some of their responses here too, saying that they are working on these issues...I mean talk about empty promises. Would recommend you run the other way if you are looking to purchase their services. I can't find one email from them communicating with me as their customer.

Company refuses to refund my money
Company refuses to refund my money. I have contacted them several times. The response on here is that they will look into it but they don't. I do not have an account # or name because I didn't sign up for their service. I have given them the transaction id # they need to refund my $ multiple times but they have not done so as of yet. They have the information they need through multiple conversations to refund my $ but choose not to. Steer clear of this company I'd give them a zero if it was an option

Don’t fall for the trap
Not only was this app not helpful for my ADHD, it was also expensive. After I attempted to get a refund I was completely ignored and they continued to take money from my account even though I had deleted the app and requested to cancel my subscription multiple times. I ended up having to get my bank to put a block on my account.

Company refuses to refund for a service…
Company refuses to refund for a service never downloaded or used. I would have used zero stars if this was an option. Total scam of a company. THIS RESPONSE BELOW IS GARBAGE - THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND ME FOR AN APP THAT I DO NOT OWN-CAN'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT # IF I HAVE NOT RECORD OF THE PURCHASE.
