After going through the questions and reading the program description, I chose to enroll. However, a deal-breaker arose bc the program needs to be downloaded to a smartphone or computer. I don’t have a smartphone and the program can’t be loaded onto an iPad. Requested a refund within 30 minutes of making payment, & was informed that a refund isn’t possible. I will be pursuing this matter outside of effector’s influence
